It's about a 1% chance to get a legendary. It might not even be a good thing, you could get 3 crappy ones and would have rather had a common. There are plenty of 12 win runs without any legendary cards.

Whenever I play with someone in arena, he (or she) always has a few legandary cards, meanwhile I have a few epic cards If I'm lucky.
Is it just because of badluck or something about rating?
