Idk what is going on but the amount of times that i won/lost because i discovered the card or because the opponent did is just too many. There is little to no counterplay it needs to be nerfed ASAP, or at least fix the numbers so its not discovered 9/10 of times the player discovers a mech.

An 8 mana (probably played for 7 though) card that can deal 10 to the opponent's board (with flexibility) is actually really strong. And since it can be discovered from a common card pretty reliably... well, I can see where OP is coming from.
There is a lot of counterplay to a simple minion it's not like it's stealthed
To be fair, I think the complaint is about the Battlecry, not the 8/8 body of Goliath, Sneed's Masterpiece. The counterplay would be to avoid playing minions, but that's not really an option for a lot of decks.
However, this card is no worse than Mordresh, or just control-style gameplay generally, so it's still a silly, salty complaint.

The real problem is deeprun enginer and the relatively small mech pool. 50% of the times it discovers Goliath. Deeprun should be micro adjustet,it's really a big problem in arena.
The card is (too) strong in Arena. Its the same with Ysera. Having Ysera in Arena is nuts. I was able to draft Lady Prestor in Arena, which allowed me to have multiple low cost Yseras. Went 7-3 with it, the losses were pretty close.
Sneeds is ridiculously strong in Arena, but it wouldn't be too bad if it were just a legendary. The problem is that it can very easily be discovered by Deeprun Engineer which is a common and basically an auto pick. So you see it way more often than you do other legendaries like Ysera or Lady Prestor.
They should either remove it from the discover pool or make it much more rare
I think it can kind of be a feels bad moment to have your board cleared and a minion left on the other side, but how is it any different from any other arena card that's good?
If these were class specific cards and it was making a certain class way too strong because of it, I would feel more for this.
If the game offers me a knife or a gun, I'm taking the gun. As anyone else would.
If the game doesn't offer me gun... well, GG, better luck next time.

Needs to be fixed some way, maybe by disallowing the chance to discover legendary cards in this game mode. That is a possiblity, but I've to admit it is not a very elegant one. :(

Counter it by discovering it youself and playing it after his Sneeds.
You may be surprised to learn that Deeprun Engineer is not always offered in draft.

The fact that both Deeprun Engineer and Goliath, Sneed's Masterpiece are both neutral cards means that everyone has the same chance to draft it.
