I see on HSReplay that Priest is ranked #1 in Arena win rates. I have not had good luck with Priest - the best I've done in the current meta is 5-3, with various 12-2 runs with Warlock, Paladin, and Warrior.
I have faced some good Priests but also some bad ones. My experience is that Priest tends to have an inconsistent curve and their big cards, like Mind Control, don't provide sufficient tempo or value. Priest often ends up in top deck mode with the game hinging on whether they can draw a clutch board clear or removal spell. Warlock has better removal spells and refill through Life Tap, and the weapon classes have better tempo.
Has anyone been successful with Priest in the current meta? Any tips for better Priest drafting besides "get dragons"?
I dont have any tips, but I have actually felt quite the same. When i check the history it seems that i have gotten 5-8 wins with priest quite consistently in this meta, one 10 win run at tops. I have gotten 12 wins with warrior and mage, but also couple 2-4 win runs with them. It seems that I havent played many games against priest on high ranks either.
It all might be coincidence ofcourse, but maybe its just easy to pick semi-decent deck with priest that carries you easily to +3 wins, but in higher tiers you just stumble on your curve?
3 rules of arena regardless of class in this meta.
1. Draft a good curve.
2. Draft removal and burn when possible.
3. Draft Discovery, RNG and cards that create cards.
Unfortunately the buckets are an absolute mess right now and it's so easy to hi rolls and get wrecked in draft alone. On priest specifically. Usually drafting a lower curve and getting some good discovery or card creation on top of it leads to 10+ win runs. Priest has realatively high value cards but can suffer synergy compared to other classes. Unlike constructed where you can ensure synergy happens, in arena priest suffers quality draft as a whole.
This was much better than the 4 and 3 win runs I most recently did with Priest.
i guess right now Aeon Reaver and Chronobreaker are exceptionally good, which may explain Priest's higher win rates. Holy Nova is also one of the more reliable board clears in the meta. However, other classes also have low-rarity dragon synergy.
I still don't see why Priest's average win rate on HSReplay is 2.2% higher than the next class. It's not like in metas past where the dominant deck was clearly dominant, like Mage, Rogue, and Paladin have been. Priest seems good, but not dominant. Oh well, I'll try it again next time I'm offered it.

It's pretty easy to get 6-8 with any decent Priest draft. I got my first 12-0 with this beast of a deck.

Well, I recently finished an 11-3 run with Priest. https://www.heartharena.com/arena-run/4i4e7f

I also just finished a 10-3 Shaman run in which I beat 4 out of the 5 Priests I encountered. https://www.heartharena.com/arena-run/029hsa

Priest is easy with broken cards
