Blizzard please... too many of them. What do you think guys? To me this card in Arena is too strong. Not only for it's raw power but also because its a common card. Im tired of seeing this played all the time.
You forgot to leave a free space between Twin and Tyrant. Twin Tyrant :)
Anyway, I haven't played Arena in a while, but isn't rarity supposed to not matter anymore? I mean, you can legendaries offered only a few times, but commons, rares and epics are offered not depending on rarity but quality, and the algorithm will put better and worse performing cards into buckets that are offered at specific rates. Of course there are always a few exceptions where you are getting 1 card that is way better than the other two, but most of the time, you get to choose between two or three cards of comparable quality.
So, IF the system is working correctly, and Twin Tyrant is indeed a very good card (which I sure can imagine), then it's just a card offered frequently alongside other very good cards and most people pick this one.
Something that might have changed is how often you get good cards offered. I remember how Arena decks were at some point so insane that you frequently got 4 or 5 legendaries, like 2 Lich Kings, and at some other point last year, they were so weak you were happy to get just anything remotely playable.
So, maybe they are currently offering good cards a bit more frequently, and that's why you feel like there are too many of those dragons. Again, I haven't played Arena in a while, and can't judge how high the average deck quality usually is.
I'd rather they just adjusted the stats closer to a 4/7 or 3/8... Instead they're using it as a balancing mechanism to boost rogue/shaman by increased offer rates to those classes >.> Convince me otherwise because they keep dropping them one after another on me.

No? They removed buckets from Arena entirely like six months ago. It's just random now. Personally I hate the change and wish they'd bring buckets back, it's way too easy to pull complete garbage now, so the people who do RNG into a few good things just snowball
I would either nerf its offering rate or remove it from arena outright. Seeing 1-2 of them in every arena deck is a bit ridiculous. That said, I wouldn't nerf its stats. It's pretty balanced in constructed and just needs to be adjusted for arena since it's much stronger there.

Wow, really?
Guess I completely missed that. Well, that changes things of course, and for the worse indeed. Thanks for clearing that up for me. I didn't know it's been so long since my last Arena run, but with that change, I will stay away from it for some more time.
I voted "yes". Twin Tyrant is always the correct choice. It's easy to get to turn 8 in this meta. You can never draft enough of them. It's a huge tempo swing, AND it's VERY hard to get rid of. It's like 7-cost Bonemare used to be.
How the heck can anyone vote for no? Maybe players who have 6 of them in every arena deck. Today I played like 8 arena games and this card was played in literaly EVERY game.
voted "no". There are cards like Sanctuary which I think are way more toxic to the format in comparison to Twin Tyrant

After doing my research I found out that the pink 'stuff' that appeared onto hearthstone cards must, in fact, have been coronavirus. It has through hearthstone spread across the globe and infected all computers. And because too few people played hearthstone with plastic gloves on they got infected through their computer. Thus coronavirus is Hearthstone's fault and I expect a total of 3 packs from each expansion to be given to all coronavirus victims.

I had no idea they removed the buckets. I suspected as much from my drafts and asked around but never got an answer. Pretty disappointing, it feels like they just couldn't be bothered making the buckets anymore with the arena sets changing every 3-4 months or even notifying us of the change properly.
Ugh Twin Tyrant. Ultimate love/hate card in Arena. It has given me a lifeline in games where i had really terrible card draw in the start of the game, then again it's a super sucky turn of events when your opponent drops it on you on turn 8 (while you're slightly ahead).
Just now I was ahead in a game and my opponent dropped a twin tyrant on both turn 8 and 9. First one i was able to clear with an upgraded fool's bane (so i could immediately gain board control again). The 2nd wave was simply an auto concede.
The only card that should be removed from arena is Dragon Queen, Twin Tyrant is powerful but it's not going to single handledly win you the game, further, it's really only good if your behind, but not TOO much behind, since if opponent has like 5 guys on the board it's not going to help much most of the time. jiofi loginforpc

It is very powerful. Super hard to get rid of. Sometimes I can pick 4 of them, but usually zero. So I think it's pretty balanced.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This is the only truth.
jk ofc.

Totally agree with OP. I would say 80% of my arena games come down to who plays TT on t8. It's so good!!!
I see it game after game and its super annoying.
