Just played an arena game. Using EVIL Genius on an Imp from Implosion, but it didn't give me any Lackeys
same with rats.

Yup same thing happened here. I am not playing anymore arena until Blizz gets their shit figured out. I played a cable rat and got nothing so that nearly lost me the game lol
