Nope arena now is based on certain sets, not just standard sets. However, I do not know what sets are currently available, sorry.

I don't have something witty about this deck, I just like it because Malygos is fun.

Arena now had a rotating card pool. The cards in the pool right now are from standard, naxx, whispers, mean streets, and witchwood.
