Do the tickets stack? I got one when the expansion launched, but if I buy the new 9 pack promo with an arena ticket, will I have 2 tickets?

I clicked on the key, a pack and a card appeared but i didnt get them, wtf

Edit: they gave to me when i completed my first quest (with also the witchwood pack of the quest)
I didn't get my arena rewards... I mean when I opened the arena tab it and pressed the key it showed me that I won a pack + 45 dust but I never got those. Tried to restart the client several time but still didn't got the reward from that run. Just another free arena run.
Maybe you already received them? When I logged in I noticed I got additional gold and a card pack, and when I started arena it showed exactly what I gained.

No I haven't received them. I know very well how much dust I had before the arena showed me the reward and the pack is nowhere to be found. I restarted client many times, I played a few games, even completed 3 quests but I still haven't received the arena rewards. Maybe it's a delay, maybe it's a bug. What I know for certain is that at this moment I haven't got them.

I realized I received the pack WHILE I was opening my other packs actually, which is kinda funny to be honest.
You got them first time you logged into the game after launch, so i assume you went and opened your packs, yes? In all those ROS packs, there was one that came from the arena rewards, you just didnt know that and didnt realize that.
So then when you went to arena to collect your rewards you got "nothing". This is how arena rewards work, yes it is a bug, but no, you did not lose anything!
Arena rewards are awarded to your account right after you finish the run, even before you open the reward boxes and see what you actually got. And since you didnt finish the run, but it got reset, this step in a process happened right after you logged into the game.
