This definitely feels like a meta where pretty much everyone has a quality deck with a lot of tools, answers, etc etc. I've never much cared for metas like this.
I'm more of a meat and potatoes arena player where I like when I can turn a set of bad cards into 12 wins. That has traditionally been the appeal of arena for me. I can still get 12 wins, but it's a bit eye rolley just how much you and everyone else can pull off.
Definitely - This is probably a side effect of too much tinkering from Blizzard. First with rarity changes, and increases in epic and legendary cards to now this new bucket system and their adjustment of card quality per class.
Certain classes you'll run into insane amounts of quality cards, think Hunter, Priest, Shaman. These classes traditionally are horrible in Arena for long periods of time, but given Blizzard's adjustment to card quality buckets, they rise to relevance.
It's a double edged sword - do you want to play in a meta where Rogue, Mage, and Paladin are the only viable classes ? Or play in a meta where most classes are viable but you face insane cards all the time ?
Hopefully with more introduced sets - drafts/metas become less stale and we'll see a bit more variety, even if the cards end up being of good quality.
