It isn't perhaps the best deck I've ever built as there are clear weaknesses in the curve. However the gameplan and synergies in this deck are unreal for arena, and after playing a couple of games I found they are far more consistent than I expected!
I was quite surprised but it manage to go 12-2. The 2 games were lost in the midgame as they had to much pressure and would just play more stuff after I cleared. Both times I almost stabilised but was just a bit too low in hp.
The 12th win was probably the easiest win of the whole arena. T2 doomsayer, t3 lone champion, t4 lightspawn, t5 darkshire alchemist and I had lethal by turn 8 playing bonemare to secure the deal.
Dont take this personally, but it is so disgusting that (priest) decks like these do so well in arena on daily basis now, i love a control deck as much as the next guy, but this is just not ok :p
The counterplay to this shouldnt be "oh well, mby he doesnt have card X right now, pls pls pls." in every single turn of every single game vs a priest. They have answer for every single board state at any point of the game and u just cannot play safe or with calculated risk, ever. Every other class has some weakness that u can exploit and solidify your lead, only weakness priest has is if he got unlucky not drewing into an answer, cause he sure as hell has it in his deck and if not he takes it out of yours :D Priest is my favourite class, but its disgusting what they r making him into (in all formats).

"dont take this personally"? Lol I totally agree with you! I didn't realise how broken priest is in arena until today. I love playing priest in arena because you sometimes are forced into being greedy with your removal as you lack early minions and finding that balance is pretty fun. However nowaday they just have so much removal that it is really just broken.
I was helping a friend do an arena and we made a priest deck which we were sure would go 3-4 wins. It ended up going 8 wins (prob would have gone higher but he skipped a turn whilst in the toliet lmao), but for each win you could label a specific card that carried it that the opponent couldn't play around so we won. The only opponents we lost to were also priest I believe which went to a near fatigue game.
Definitely that is the most broken looking deck I have ever seen in my life. I hope that you thrive very well in the arena for sure ;). I admit that I still am trying to comprehend the basics for my own deck but so far I haven't had as much time to focus on what counts or even to do the Hearthstone theorycrafting either.
I am just curious just to see which other decks will unfold rather nicely out in the field too...

So i had a blast playing this deck, I knew from the start of the draft it would be a great deck when my first 6 cards were: Dragonfire Potion, Bonemare, Psychic Scream, Power Word: Shield, Duskbreaker and Ancient of Blossoms.
Anyways here is the deck:

Turn 3 play Doomsayer or Lone Champion. If you have both then t2 Doomsayer into t3 Lone Champion is almost an automatic win with this late game deck.
Remove non-stop.
Take all their big plays with mind control and gain tempo with shadow word: death.
Predict how many wins this deck will go as it is quite a strange arena deck and before playing it I thought it would just get steam rolled early game.
Don't mind me, just the UK National Champion.
Ofc , it is a priest deck ...

Good job on piloting the deck to the 12 wins.
