Well I hope your apology went well. I only did it once and I was met with a decent amount of rage. It would seem that people who play control decks exclusively can get extremely salty over losing a 2 minute game!

As an exclusive Priest player I get exceptionally salty when I lose a 2 minute game xD.

I had a similar experience a good while back. I was playing Priest against a paladin, and after an epic match, I was 1 damage off lethal facing lethal on board. My top-deck was Mad Bomber. It was my only chance, so I played it... and watched the first bomb fly straight to my opponent's face while the other 2 did meaningless minion damage.

After the game I sent a friend request. His first message: "GG. Mad Bomber OP lol"

He had Legend card back with golden hero, and we still chat every now and then. Nice counter to the tiresome "friend request-flame-remove friend" trolls.

I do find that the friend requests in arena generally seem to be sincere, not salty BMers. I think I had one person add me to bitch b/c I played a big legend before swinging lethal.

Too bad i dont have that experience, i try to add ppl from time to time, either to talk about how insane the match we just played was or to tell them where they went horribly wrong (if i see like The Coin+Arcane Missiles on T1 and stuff like that :D) and try and help them improve a bit, but they either dont accept or rage ... oh well, their loss :p

I stopped adding anybody after games, and stopped accepting friend requests sent after games. For every guy who was like "Man, that was a good game!" there were 10 who just wanted to yell. Not worth it!
