I was rogue vs warlock, he had 7 hp, full board with 1 taunt protecting me from lethal. If I dont win this turn, game is over. Here we go, Mc tech into his taunt and WIN 😁
I have just experienced one of the strangest Arena throws. Was 4:2 with a crappy (63 point something) Priest deck. My only one-drop is Gravelsnout Knight and I get it going first against a Warrior. He gets a Chameleos, goes face. I kill the bugger, heal the Knight. He drops and Acidic Swamp Ooze. I Power Word: Shield the Knight, kill he Ooze and heal. He... rage quits out. Really? Turn 3, with coin and no health lost? And in Arena?

I can see how this can look weird from your perspective, but i can 100% understand the opponent. He was probably already tilted from the two previous losses, which very well could have been vs priests as well. And playing vs priest in arena in general is just so soul crushing when it goes well for them, it rly goes well ... and you started off with perfect answers for everything he got/played and mby with what he had in hand, it wasnt looking any better. I will agree that it was way premature of a concede, but i can definitely empathize with him in that regard.
I remember early WW days, when i got a priest opponent and he dropped that friggin Crystalline Oracle T1, i always wanted to concede on the spot, cause i already knew how that game gonna go ... him stealing half my deck and beating me with it. Just priests man, scum of the earth! :D
I guess I am too calm or calculated for stuff like that. I think I never gave at such an early stage. I sympathize but at the same time I remember enough wild ups and downs - lost matches which seemed 100% mine and the other way round.
Very excited to say I got my first 10 wins in arena! I know it's not 12 but my previous best was 7 with a crazy draft when i usually 0-3. I have to say thanks to Boozor and the rest of you showcasing all of your triumphs and being extremely open and helpful! I've been trying to find the streamer who helped explain his draft choices on twitch but I believe it was Trae? or something similar to that name.
I've really started to feel comfortable with drafting after watching and actively being a part of some of the twitch community and it feels great. Thank you for being so welcoming and here's hoping you all have a 12-0 streak next.

Congrats dude. Dreads, grinning goat and kripp are excellent arena streamers btw
I posted this story in the salt thread before, but I guess sharing it here a bit more calmly might be better.
So I've had a great rogue arena draft and was 2-1 at that moment. I was matched against a warlock who had the craziest luck that I've seen in a while. So here's what he did:
Turn 10: He dropped the third 4/10 Voidlord that he also topdecked
He killed me next turn. I was too salty and amazed by his draft and luck to make screenshots unfortunately. I've had fun anyway even though the salt levels were over9000 during that game and went 11-3 in the end. You never know what to expect from Hearthstone, especially in arena.
This was first cast too :D I felt so sorry for him lol.
Omegalul: starring Trash Assembly
Omegalul, literally
Let me paint you a picture, cause i didnt screen the one that started all this. Imagine Omega Defender on the board ok? Now imagine there is a Sonya Shadowdancer hidden behind it, now imagine Lab Recruiter in the mix ... do you see where this is goin ?:D That bastard shuffled like 9 or 12 Omega Defenders into his deck and i had to go through like 7 of them. Talk about an uphill battle. Thankfully the amazing Security Rover saved my ass, i pinged my way to the vicory haha.
Topdeck-master level 9000
He had no board, he was dead. Topdeck master oakheart, he has taunt and 4 minions. Cool.
I have not had a bad game like this in a long time. Mind you the opponents deck was insane, that is true, but the way it came together for him, i dont think iv ever seen a deck perform like that (druid-shaman):
- His start is to vomit his hand and have 6 minions out on T4. - I manage to flip the board with some value trades and pings. I drain him out of resources, he has 1 card left, if it is not Ultimate Infestation, he is done for. - Ofc it was Ultimate Infestation ... the game restarts at this point, he is fully back in. - I play big guy to threaten the board, he topdecks Hex. - I play couple minions to try to go wide, he topdecks Mossy Horror into Starfall. - Im fuckin in topdeck mode now myself, and he is sitting on nice 8 cards. He casually discoveres Onyxia from Blazing Invocation. Im about to fuckin kill myself by now. - Ok, i by some miracle get a Violet Wurm that gives me a hope to stay in the game, tho still in a topdeck mode. - He plays a fuckin Spirit Echo (who drafts that?!) on his Onyxia and some other value crap to have it returned to his hand and play it again. - I kill that stupid board again, leaving up totem and couple of 1/1s. - He topdecks Savage Roar, cause ofc he has that too. - Im dead.
Im telling you, this guy ate luck for breakfast and is now shitting leprechauns all day. I wasnt even mad at the end, nothing much i could have done, but damn if it didnt feel bad to lose like this. Long ass game and the dude had perfect answer to everything, everything went his way. Not one thing, all things. Blah, im used to this from priest, not from a stupid druid in arena lolo. Well, thats it, you can enjoy my misery now :)
In my current paladin run, I accidentally picked Kangor's Endless Army early in the draft. (Other choices were Harbinger Celestia and Azalina Soulthief. I meant to pick Soulthief.) The rest of the draft ended up quite nicely, (no magnetic stuff, though.) but I soon found myself in a high speed chase with the 0-3 police. Thankfully, at 0-2, two moronic warriors evened things out. I thought the first one was just badly inexperienced, but the second one (at 1-2) was a whole other level when it came to bad decisions. He had played Tanglefur Mystic earlier, and I had a big board of somewhat small minions by turn 7/8. Then, he dropped what had come out of his Tanglefur Mystic, and it was Millhouse Manastorm. Since I didn't have any spells other than Kangor's Endless Army in my hand, I was thinking "meh." Then, I topdecked Witch's Cauldron, and suddenly things were very tilted in my favor. I end up with an Unstable Evolution, and the end result is screenshotted below. The warrior instantly conceded after that.

162 ladder wins with Renouncelock and counting! Reno, Zoo, Cube, Even; they all run Renounce Darkness in my lists!
I had something a bit similar happen to me on what I thought was a decent Warrior deck but ended up going 1:3. The last game I lost after regaining board advantage when the Shaman Unstably Evolved one of his Grubs into a Radiant Elemental. It was a fiesta of evolves and me dead in the next round.
Abysmal results in the RR meta. Had 5 0-3 runs (including 3 in a row :D), while only 3 in the previous 7 months combined. What has changed with the meta? I was averaging close to 5 wins in boomsday, and feel pretty helpless most runs.
I'm actually bullied so hard right now that I am quitting arena for now for constructed, and check back later. My avg is less than half than what it was the previous 4 months.
My first 12 wins arena run, last game.
I was rogue vs warlock, he had 7 hp, full board with 1 taunt protecting me from lethal. If I dont win this turn, game is over. Here we go, Mc tech into his taunt and WIN 😁
Best card in HS? Mastercard.

I found a bug in the draft system. Help!

Iv got some first moments from the dual arena to share, enjoy :)
Try to remove this board
He tried :D
Turn 8 win, EZ
Told ya!
I was little frenzy myself after this
He had 24 cards in the deck and literally next turn he drew two of them off the top, ffs is that?
Well, this Bomber was on a mission
There were 13 targets to hit and this idiot hits my Knife Juggler twice(!), like are you actually serious right now?
Yet another perfect snipe (from my opponent)
Why draft early game when you can just snipe everything perfectly :)
I dont think he read how that card works :D
Mech Warrior is cool :)
Security Rover is like mini-Hogger, Doom of Elwynn when you have a Mage hero power and can ping it yourself :D
The Failbringer
This The Storm Bringer was probably faulty.

Holy Shuddermother
Evolution complete ... or?
This was first cast too :D I felt so sorry for him lol.

He had no board, he was dead. Topdeck master oakheart, he has taunt and 4 minions. Cool.
Who needs value, when you got tempo, eh?
Blink Fox gave me Shield Slam (i had no armor generation in the deck).
Menacing Nimbus gave me Snowfury Giant (i had no overload in the deck).
Cool.
Sonya is bae

JUICY BLOODKNIGHT
I had so much fun :P
(and yes, i know I am occasionally BM'ing...)
First 2 games were so much fun I decided to put my whole run here!
funny arena game...
game 2
game 3
This guy with 3 legendaries... wow :(
What is it with those m.f. Warrior in this m.f. game? (read in Samuel L. Jackson voice)
should have played a bit safer by healing for 6...
its over guys....
it was a very fun deck, and very funny to play, but lack of skills I assume...
To live is to suffer, to survive is to find meaning in the suffer!

I just made it to 12-2 with my warlock deck.
Here is my 11-1 game. (spoiler I lose)
My opponent is a rogue.
He play: Weaponized Pinata. He get Houndmaster Shaw.
He then play it with Stoneskin Basilick. Im then able to kill the basilick but not the Shaw
He plays Necrotic Geist. (after I played Master Oakhart)
So he can trade my board with the combo with his token dying.
I lose the next turn! :p
