I've been discovering legendaries almost every time with the triclass cards. So far got 2x rag 2x grommash 1x hancho and more... all in 1 run. Currently 7/1
Pretty sure it is. Drafted Kazakus and Arch-Thief Rafaam in my Priest run this morning, and according to the patch notes, this is not an extraordinary occurrence.
It's always been more likely to acquire a legendary through a discover in arena than through the draft, but now it is more likely than ever to draft legendaries during the draft. In other words, discover odds haven't changed (you're just getting lucky if you're discovering more legendaries than in the past) but draft odds have, which is why we're seeing more rares, epics, and legendaries during the draft.

I have a very small sample size in the new arena, which I am loving btw, but I agree I have seen a legendary in every discover so far in my 3 runs.

Achieved Gold Priest- April 2017
Drafting rarities has definitely changed, that was planned. As for Discover... I don't know, I would need more substantial evidence to be convinced.
