12, no problem. Kabal Talonpriest + Drakonid Operative + the rest = 12 wins. I got 12 with a similar draft. You have all you need there, from Zombie Chow through the mid-game, and into the late game. You won't run out of cards, because with Kabal Talonpriest, your hero power becomes an amazing value play.
Unless you really mess up on the early game, you're going 10-12.
Edit: This was a walk to 12 thanks to the Kabal Talonpriests and other health-giving minions.
If this is your actual draft, then you're going 12 if you are decent in arena.
4 Kabal Talonpriest, and a Cultist 4 Value carddraw cards (2x Hoarder, 1x Acolyte, 1x PW: Shield) 2 card generators (Drakonid OP if you draw the synergy ,and Museum Curator)
Then also, having 2 mechwarpers is nice synergy on its own, and fine 2 drops without the synergy. The Amani Berserker is a 2 drop I think people underestimate as well. 2 Velen's chosen is insane too.
I would say 12 but it depends on your opponent's luck as well.
I once had an amazing draft with shaman (8 jade cards and the rest pretty decent) and I got defeated by two other guys that were even luckier with their drafts (their decks seemed straight out of ranked lol)
Loads of replies here I see:D We will see how it goes I'm in class atm but I will keep you guys posted on how the decks goes. I have some pretty high hopes.
Why would you not count Loot hoarder? I argue it's a very good two drop to play. Yes, your opponent can ping it on his turn. But that would mean your opponent hero powers, whereas you draw a card and get on with your turn 3?
Loot Hoarder is reasonably good to play. It either draws a card and potentially wastes a turn with hero power or kills a minion, or becomes a 2/4 following a Kabal Talonpriest.
what happens if I haven't played until 12 wins/3 losses before the arena change tomorrow?
Your run will continue until you hit 12 wins, 3 losses, or retire. The only potential change will be the composition of your opponents' decks, which will depend on when they drafted them.

How many wins do you guys think I might be able to get?
One error. There is one less Hozen Healer and one Pint-Size Potion instead.

Good luck on going 12-1!

Lack of early game? There's 6 two drops (counting Curator) and a zombie Chow. Also there's Smite and a SW: pain.
Imagine this guy misses his 2 drop, a talonpriest on an empty board is still Spider tank-Statted. So I'd say there's plenty of early game
