I'm pretty sure EU having ridiculously high top winrates just means EU arena doesn't have enough strong players to saturate top level of arena until around 8 or 9 wins.
It is fascinating to see that an average of less than 7 wins will place you in the top 100. Hearthpwn has traditionally been cluttered with people claiming an average of 7 wins/infinite!

Pretty much everyone overstates their arena winrate - I learnt that after Blizzard released the last round of arena statistics.
Got 13 place on EU but i don't think it's right. I had most of my arenas counted on heartharena (except a few that i count myself) and i didn't have even close enough to amount of wins in january and i had higher winrate (34 not 56 and ~8.05 not 7.55). I don't know either heartharena is lying or it wasn't stats from january or there was some bug with stats. Still happy with top 13, just found this a bit strange. If anyone want to see my heartharena stats there they are: http://www.heartharena.com/profile/yura_raketa .
nvm i just checked my heartharena archives and for some reason i have a lot of uncounted arena runs
Not proven, perhaps, but feeling quite exposed right now.
Remember that people claiming averages of 7+ aren't referring to a time period of a single month. They are talking about their general performance over time, which one can assume is in excess of 30 games.
I see players with a lot more games but average less then the rank 1 position. I did an arena this month. Got 8 wins, shouldnt I be there too? (Sarcasm). 1 game, 8 wins.
Is there a minimun number of runs to classify?
I know that its really hard to read but man, they only have 5 lines of text there... But yeah, let me quote it for you: "These are last month’s best performing Arena players based off of their average wins per run with a minimum of 30 runs."
EU having higher average just means 2 things. Higher pool of players and thus also more newbies to farm, making it the easiest arena to get more win streaks on. Less competition at the top level.

Who knows, it could be either a bad guess on their part since they don't track their stats or they only do like 8 runs a month. But sure, some people are exaggerating. Overall it doesn't really matter.
Here it is for anyone who cares. Kripp is #1.

Here's Europe, that actually has some impressive averages:

And lastly, the Asia:

Holy crap, those top averages on EU even seem suspiciously good. I mean that's 2 more than on Asia or NA, which is a huuuge difference.
9.32 average victory.
That guy got a ~76%+ winrate in arena compared to Kripp ~65%+ winrate
Impressive

Very interesting, motivates me to get into this top 100. Step #1: play 30 runs in one month :p

So overall EU ist the easiest server as it seems. Most are mediocre, getting farmed by the few cracks.
Just to brag: 14 runs this month average 6.4. FeelsGoodMan :)
Eu is not simple, the only misplays i see is when i go 1-3, 2-3
They were just Lucky, arena nowadays is all about crazy unbeatable decks and going first-second
Top deck is cheat

However i think every player should be able to see his own stats. I often play on mobile and cant track my stats

Maybe Arena is not really a thing in EU. But from my unbiased view, EU ladder is definitely harder.
9.32 is really crazy, I only average half of his wins :/, that's just really impressive.
