Prince Malchezzaar needs to be banned from arena. Its like an instant loss. I just did an arena run with rogue. 0-0 malchezzar, lost by turn 7 to 3 legendaries;, 0-1 malchezzar, lost turn 14 to 5 legendaries; capped it off with 0-3 to a mirror aggro rogue that I couldn't compete with. 150g in the garbage because of garbage. Malchezzar has no place in arena, it is too unbalanced in that format. Does any one agree?
The first time i saw malchezaar, i was shitting it. But i still absolutely tempoed the guy to death. He played two legendaries t 3 and 5, but lightbane and loatheb were just fairly standard curve minions (i had like two spells in my whole deck and he couldnt get divine shield). He got a ysera which was very cool but next turn i smashed his face into oblivion. Yup, that's arena for ya.
and no, it should not be banned. It's fun, it's inconsistent (not a good thing) and is absolutely not the most cancerous thing in arena.
Prince Malchezaar is just good or even mediocre at the arena, because random legendaries is not what you want to have in fast meta, you want to curve out properly. He is one card late game package, but downside is big too.

English is not my native language, so, with a high probability, mistakes were made.
Legendary minions are just cards. There is nothing that makes them better than cards of other rarities by definition. A fair chunk of them are worse than a Bloodfen Raptor.
Look I'm gonna be honest here , I literally shit my pants every time I see that Malchezaar dumping a nice chunk of legendaries into my opponents deck. However, I kinda have to agree that this card is good at the very finest. And the main reason for that of course is the element of randomness of the legendaries you get which is , by definition , out of your control. So it can either mess you up real bad or save your ass when you need it the most , but I consider the former to be the case most of the time.
I just found it completely disheartening to play against get wrecked by it in back to back games at 0-0 and 0-1. It's possible what you're saying about consistency is true but in these cases my opponent was more than consistent. Thaurrisan, soggoth, darkbane with spells, etc...
I'm like 5-1 vs Malchezaar in arena. I actually hope to see it because its likely it will wreck his curve or give him crap legendaries while I tempo hard. I don't even know if I would pick Malchezaar if given the choice, based on how badly I've beaten people who have had it.

The only cancer in Hearthstone is its community.

Wow, I don't know whether to feel better or worse about how badly he screwed me over. I guess it's just arena rng at its best for me.
