Out of curiosity, are you guys actually getting good results out of that guy?
It seemed popular (well shaman class as a whole) for like the first 2 days, then now arena just feels like Rogue/Mage/paladin 90% of the time again. To me it just seems like the overload mechanic is pretty risky in arena. Like you play that guy turn 4, and if it gets sapped or keeper'ed, you just end up in an incredibly bad position.
I've only done 4 arena sets with Shaman since patch, and it really seemed like that faceless guy was good in 1 game vs a druid. Every other time I probably would have been better off with a yeti and not be overloaded the following turn.

I agree - Shaman is totally overhyped. The class has gotten better since the expansion but definitely not as great as everyone would think.
Usually this guy goes 2 for 1. But a lot of 4 drops go 2 for 1. As long as you don't let him eat a Chillwind Yeti and a Pit fighter you are not in a bad position.
I'd rate it slightly better then Fel Reaver because it drops on turn 4 instead of 5.
Maybe I got carried away.
LOL ... VALUE OVERLOAD XD
"You summoned five
blue eyes white dragonsFlamewreathed Faceless?! That's against the rules isn't it?""Screw the rules, I have RNG!"
Well, turn 4... fuck.... hard removal, turn 6... fuck hard removal. turn 7 how many does this guy have? turn 8.... concede
what could possibly go wrong? those 5 cards will be the bottom 5 for 3 games. 0-3. boom
Frostmourne hungers...
So how did it go?
0-3 deck!
