That rogue deck looks very strong, far above average IMO. Curious as to why you consider it average when there's very few below average cards. I mean you got stuck with a devilsaur and an ambusher that's pretty terrible in tempo. But aside from those 2, the rest of the deck is very solid.

I feel the 3-4-5 drops were not very impressive and usually this is where you lose most games. Lack of 3 drops. DID value limited in some cases due to lack of minion targets. 5/5 Ambusher is whatever, and unfortunately the 5/4 Pillager coin has minimal value. Pit Fighter is great on 5, but Frostwolf and Stormpike are somewhat situational, and pretty bad in some instances. Just felt beyond the early game the mid game was lacking and in some games I had missed plays due to not curving well beyond T4.
Individual card quality is above average for sure, no real "bad" cards. I guess I am nitpicking a bit since the early game was above average as well as the 2x Shadowstrikes and the 2 tempo cards (Sap/Kidnapper).
I agree with TianZi and TriceDefined, the deck is quite good - excellent curve, wonderful tempo removals, very few average value cards, basically no below avg cards other than the Devilsaur imo.
Ambusher and Stormpike you mention are average, but certainly not bad. The Ambusher is just very tricky to play. Frostwolf is quite good, worst case (usually) is a 5 mana 5/5, which is totally fine - but often you'll get a 6/6 or even 7/7.
But what I really don't understand is why you think the Pillager Coin has minimal value. The extra coin only is useless in the rare occasion that you've already played your whole hand and are in topdecking mode, and even then, the Lost Tallstrider 5/4 body for 4 mana is below average, but still okay. Other than that, the extra coin makes it so easy to curve out perfectly, which is additional value to the plain 1 extra mana - which alone makes the Pillager effectively a 3 Mana 5/4 . (Yeah, its not the same thing of course, but you get the idea)
Aeris, re: Pillager - speaking more about value from it's ability to combo cards out. There was not a lot of combo cards in this deck so the additional value from the coin was not as good as it could have been.
TriceDefied: Perhaps the deck looks average because I am use to higher value decks then this one. I do prefer better standalone cards then situational cards usually. Frostwolf and Stormpike definately have uses and are even excellent in same instances, but just having both in the 5-mana slot made me feel a bit uneasy about the decks consistency thats all.
Thanks guys for taking the time to talk this deck through - perhaps "average" was not the right word. I do feel it overperformed from my initial reaction but Rogue doing Rogue things can carry decks pretty far.
If you make it to turn 5 on decent footing with that deck, you've pretty much won. Throw anything you can out there on the first four turns, taunt up on turn 5, AOE as needed on 6 and 7, take over with big drops afterward seems like a good game plan to me.
I would have considered going another way on pick 14 and maybe 9 or 25, but otherwise I'm on board with your decisions.
Early game is sorely lacking, but hopefully your strong 3 drops can keep you from getting too far behind and cover for your lack of 2s and weak 4s. Biggest risk is an opponent getting off to a fast start, ignoring whatever you play and going face. Looks like you haven't had too much trouble so far though, so good luck the rest of the way!

Thanks for the comment man.
Wyrm versus Apprentice was close, I gave this some thought, but felt the 3/2 body versus the 1/3 body was slightly less likely to survive a trade in the early game, so I went with the Wyrm even with the lack of small spell synergy you still get the coin bout 50% of the time.
Cult Master versus 2/3 Bloodsail Raider was also a tougher pick. In hindsight I did regret this pick a bit since the deck wasn't a Cult Master deck at all and just having another 2 drop would have been nice.
Hungry Dragon versus Mirror Image, honestly, rather have a 5/6 body for trading then 2x taunts. Both are lower quality cards but MI is pretty bad in most situations when you are behind on the board (which is often with this deck), while a 5/6 body can be threatening and not easily removed on turn 4.
Deck ended up going 12-1.
_________
Been on a pretty good heater to end the month after starting off the month with a goose egg and a couple 1-3 runs.
4x 12 wins out of last 8 runs. All with different classes.
Average 6.98 wins over this month (54 runs) with Rogue rounding out the top at just under 8 wins per run (19 runs).
Here are the lists for those interested. Good luck to everyone's season end !
After starting off the month on a bit of a dry spell, an insane finish to month ending up going 5x 12 win runs in a span of 9 games put an end to that. The last day of the month was a bit of a dud, but my win rate is as high as it ever been.
July - 6.89 win rate @ 63 runs (6x 12 win runs)
Warlock takes the cake at 8.71 (7 runs), followed by Rogue 7.61 (23 runs), Mage 6.83 (12 runs) and Warrior 6.43 (7 runs).
Best of luck to the new month everyone and hope everyone is pumped up for Karazhan expansion which might shake up the Arena scene!
________
Pretty insane opener to the Month of Aug with 2x 12 win runs today. Great start !
Impressive win rates especially with Warlock, imo ranking third behind Rogue and Mage in this arena meta.
Thanks - bit small sample size with 7 runs this month, had some decent drafts, but had to make tough choices, passing kraken numerous times for cards like peddler and imp gang boss. I do feel more comfortable now drafting warlocks though, so hopefully success continues. I'd also rate Warlock higher then paladin as well, and more consistent.
it was a bit disappointing when you had no videos on youtube for like a week or two and now I cant even wach that many runs! :D
Thanks very much for taking the time to watch =)
Actually lost my most recent double 12 win Rogue session because it was recorded in a bad format now I can't edit it down, so I'm not going to post it on my channel since unedited versions aren't very nice to watch T_T
Karazhan is almost here and I took this opportunity to make a full review video for the new adventure.
Please let me know how you guys feel about my opinions and the video, its' my first video where I incorporate live commentary instead of stream footage. Appreciate all feedback. Enjoy the video!
Ratings from (1-10 / 5.0 is average)
Arcane Anomaly – (4.5) A much weaker Mana Wyrm, outside of the early coin spell, will be generic 2/1.
Arcane Giant - (3.0) Conditional card that might never be met to be played, average casting cost of 8-10 mana seems reasonable. Not a great deal, but still 8/8 threat.
Arcanosmith – (4.0) Good stats split over 2 bodies, 0/5 Taunt will buy you time or bait removal occasionally. Below average card overall but in some classes might be worth having extra body for synergies. Ex. Buffs
Avian Watcher – (3.5) Conditional card that is not easy to meet. 3/6 stats for 5 are below average but not unplayable if needed.
Barnes - (6.5) Chillwind Yeti stats split over 2 bodies is perfectly fine. The card has tremendous potentially game winning upside with very little downside.
Book Wyrm – (2.5) Not playable without the Battlecry – condition is not easy to meet either in Arena. Very hard to justify taking this card ever.
Medivh, the Guardian – (6.0) Good sized threat that can snowball out of control in the right deck. Equipped weapon will be less likely to get value in Arena due to lower spell frequency.
Menagerie Magician – (4.0) Undersized body with a strong conditional effect. Would place this near Absinthial Sentinel in terms of average value.
Moat Lurker – (6.5) Flexible neutral hard removal. Card has a meta changing effect. Comparable to Corrupted Seer in terms of meta impact. Will likely see play in many drafts.
Moroes – (3.0) Infinite value, but 1/1 is not very difficult to removal with random effects and AOE. Will be worse then Dreadsteed and Imp Master on average.
Netherspite Historian – (3.5) Poor stat distribution and a conditional Battlecry that is difficult to meet. Dragon discover can yield strong value, but card is dependent on synergy to be playable.
Pantry Spider – (4.5) Nice total stats over 2 bodies, but poor distribution. Can have synergy in certain classes and deck types which will increase it’s value. Ex. Buffs, flood decks.
Pompous Thespian – (5.5) Decent minion with Taunt. Slightly worse then Twisted Worgen.
Prince Malchezaar – (7.0) Good stats for mana cost. Effect can help and hurt deck draft. Would imagine on average this card is a better Pit Fighter. No immediate effect on cast keeps this card from being a top tier legendary.
Runic Egg – (3.0) Has limited value in some situations, but generally completely ignorable.
The Curator – (6.0) Understated conditional value card. On average drawing 1.5 cards, this card would be considered average to slightly above. Anything less and this card is overpriced. 4/6 Taunt is still playable but overpriced at 7 mana. Specific tribal card can be worse then drawing random card from deck in certain situations. Ex. Drawing for reach or removal.
Violet Illusionist – (6.5) No drawback card with good upside. Card increases in value in weapon classes and Warlock. Similar to Saboteur.
Zoobot – (5.5) Decent stats with a good conditional upside. Card is playable even without Battlecry trigger. Similar to Tinkertown Technician.
Enchanted Raven – (6.5) Solid 1-drop with beast tag synergy. Would rate it slightly better then Worgen Infiltrator, due to beast tag. Both are similar.
Menagerie Warden – (7.5) Incredible card for Druid. A conditional Faceless Summoner with insane upside. Can change the outlook of entire game on cast. Beast condition is not difficult to meet in Druid.
Moonglade Portal – (7.0) Nicely priced card for Druid. Heal is targetable and there are insane 6 mana minions available on average. Much better then Guardian of Kings.
Cat Trick – (4.5) Good mana price, but tempo loss on cast. Spells are less frequent in Arena which hurts this cards effectiveness. Bear trap is better.
Cloaked Huntress – (7.0) Good value stats for mana cost and a very strong effect with no drawback. Huge tempo swing if can take advantage of effect.
Kindly Grandmother - (6.5) Sticky minion with good total stats. Requires 2 interactions to deal with it. Overall very good 2-drop card for Hunter.
Babbling Book – (7.0) Above average card for Mage. Since spells are getting more sparse in Arena, having a card give you one while producing a body is very valuable. Less card value then Cabalist Tomb, but better costed and produces a body.
Firelands Portal – (8.5) Top tier card for mage. Bit expensive, but great value, tempo and flexibility all rolled into 1 card. Mana cost and randomness of minion summon keep it from being a 10.
Medivh's Valet – (6.5) Respectable stats for a 2 drop, with a conditional upside. Condition is not easily met, but provides great tempo and value if triggered. No drawbacks.
Ivory Knight – (5.5) Average value card. Very understated for mana cost. Discover effect is always good. Heal effect is both good and bad. Heal effect gives away strength of chosen spell.
Nightbane Templar – (3.0) Understated conditional card. Condition is not easy to meet and effect is underwhelming.
Silvermoon Portal – (5.5) Decent value for 1 card, and is corrected priced for the effect.
Onyx Bishop – (6.5) Good value card with easy conditional upside. On average should be a good tempo and value card, if not insane.
Priest of the Feast – (5.5) Stats are slightly above average. Class benefits from increased HP stats. Effect is situational but has no drawback.
Purify – (0.0) Why “friendly” only? Why this card at all ?
Deadly Fork – (5.5) Value card for Rogue. Never a bad thing to have a pseudo Fiery War Axe. Initial body is underwhelming with no immediate effect. Would compare to Southsea Squidface.
Ethereal Peddler – (7.0) Solid stats for mana cost with upside and no drawback. Better then Pit Fighter.
Swashburglar – (7.5) Great card. Good combo activator and card value. Similar to Undercity Huckster, but arguably better because card draw is immediate.
Maelstrom Portal – (7.5) Great small AOE for Shaman. Upside from random 1 mana minion can be a 2/4 body. No drawback to this card. Shaman class will greatly benefit from this card; unfortunately it’s a rare card.
Spirit Claws – (7.0) Another great addition to the class. The 1 damage weapon helps a class where pings are sparse, so this definitely has a lot of impact. The upside is situational and not easy to fulfill, but is the upside is pretty impressive.
Wicked Witchdoctor – (3.5) Understated body with an underwhelming upside. Basic totems have minimal impact in general. The spell use condition is not easy to fulfil either.
Kara Kazham! - (5.5) Decent price for stats distributed over 3 bodies. Not really a card Warlock needs since they don’t have issues filling the board. Still a decent card to play on turn 5.
Malchezaar's Imp – (5.5) 1 drops gain value in Warlock, this one has good stats and an upside that is probably too conditional to trigger too often. Demon synergy with Demonfire and Voidcaller. Slight nerf to Bane of Doom.
Silverware Golem – (5.0) Respectable stats with upside. Upside is probably too conditional to trigger often.
Fool's Bane – (7.0) Weapon with upside to control small minion boards. Synergies well with new Violet Illusionist. Mana cost is bit expensive for attack, but can change mid game board quickly. 5-mana weapon slot is sparse however, so this fits in nicely.
Ironforge Portal – (4.5) 4 armor gained is not overly important especially early game. Random 4 mana minion on average is a 4/4. Average outcome is understated minion with a benefit that doesn’t affect the board.
Protect the King – (3.5) Reactive card with minimal upside. Has some synergies with Bolster, minion buff effects. Can get value, but will be determined by how far behind you are on board. Overall underwhelming card though.
Back after missing the first couple weeks of the Karazhan release. Here's just a quick game of a 11-1 final boss match (Pre karazhan) that was completely bonkers. I've been rolling pretty hot since returning to the Karazhan release in Arena, so more content to follow.
So far not noticing anything really different from current meta and previous arena meta. Not all the cards are out yet so its too soon to say and i've only played 4 runs so far (8-6-12-12). Also, the offering bonus is not implemented yet, so the meta will definitely be different when the full adventure releases.
Noticed less Bog Creepers and Shadow Strikes, but also a ton more Mages. Will report back as time progresses.

June 2016 - 50 runs @ 6.80 average win rate (5x 12 win runs)
My rolling 100 game average (all WOG) has been 6.72.
I feel that this is a pretty good sample size to give a better sense of my natural average.
