do not use mirror entitiy early, save it for when the druid has around 6 mana. mirror entitity is useful for making 2 jungle owlkin and 2 stalag or fuegen. as always do not attack the boss woth weak minions they are better for soaking the random shots and so that your spell damage minions survive along with the animated armor. at early game prioritize flooding the board with cheap minions, ramping up both you and your partner or drawing cards, the real action begins in mid to late game.
I got lucky with my opponents, I guess. Won 5 out of 6 matches and completed my brawl quest efficiently. I hope they keep coming back to this design well, because it's some of the most fun I've had playing Hearthstone. The novelty does wear off after a couple of matches, but it's awesome while it lasts.
It seems like this set-up is easier than the last one, and a lot more fun, because a win is not quite so reliant on mega-combos. It's pretty clear that one guy tries to accumulate spell power, and the other tries to accumulate minions, and anything you can do to help your partner with that goal is welcome.
First time win this time around. Last time i wasnt able to beat the boss due to having bad communication skills with my partner. this time we wrecked him. twice i was able to give him a mirror secret and twice he was able to use that to copy my dude that makes it so your hero only takes one damage. He was able to get in a good 30 damage with savage roars and i was able to do a couple of 10 damage fireballs and a 10 damage arcane blast.
;) Had some good matches where the mage didn't empty his hand and I (the druid) held lorewalker until I could play Millhouse, Lorewalker, and Healing Wave. He did 50+ damage the next turn
I got a win after 6 tries. We got everything. Ramp, 5 spell damage on board and millhouse, card draws, heals and Savage Roar combo. Be careful with trolls. Two games before one guy just passed his lethal turn and we lost.
Ha! and i was thinking about this few hours ago "what if we had mechazod 2.0 today" and here it is. Ima play on Murican alt and later on main Last one was superb i hope this will deliver aswell.
edit: anyone else game works slower than it should? All the animations seems slower than usual. Well i got quite decent teammate and we managed to win in the 1st try not counting the previous game when the other guy insta concede. Probably some people think you get the pack for losing in this one aswell.
Finally had a partner who realized that when the Mech was doing Bomb Salvos for 8 damage it probably isn't a wise decision attack with Haunted creeper AND take damage with face.
We won handily thanks to some well timed Moonkin/Ancient Mage play. 40 dust pack (of course)
Beat it on my fourth try; never touching it again. We both played Troggzor, and he played Millhouse on his turn. Let me build up and snowball his board, then he did the same to mine to finally take it.
Really fun brawl when you play it for the first time since it was great working with the other player to defeat Mechazod. However after that it just boring
really love this brawl, glad they brought it back, and with some different classes :)
of course I got another 40 dust pack (followed by yet another 40 dust pack I got with gold from completing quests during the brawl) but I guess you can't have everything...or much of anything ;P

Attention: Do not attack with 1 attack minions. They're much more useful for soaking up Bomb Salvos than for doing pitiful amounts of damage.
This guy is completely right. The first time I got a partner that used this strategy with me, we beat it easily. Another key is don't forget to leave a spot on your board for the boss to come back to you or else he wipes your board.
I'm having the worst luck with this one, both with draw/randomness of Mechazod and with opponents.
I'm on at least game 7 without having beaten it yet. Last game was really close - managed to Mirror Image Aviana, and had Bronn out with some good Battlecry minions ready . . . and he nails us both to take us to -1 and -2. :/

Same here. Beat it the first time thanks to animated armor. My team mate actually helped.
Both players need patience... We're doomed!

Now it's your turn to bleed!

First attempt - other dude went awol after round 4. Aarrggh
Second attempt - other dude disconnected. I was awarded with the "win" & a pack.
Definitely a de minimis brawl.
Oblivion!

I beat this brawl on my second try.
I can't wait to here the salty noobs complain about heir lack of skill and teammates.

Another 40 dust from another half-assed slapped together Tavern Brawl.
Not a big fan of this one. However, we did take him down first shot. I enjoy the concept and i am glad there are new classes for it.

Problem for me was that many players did not seem to understand it is a Co-op battle and attacked me.
