There are a lot's of videos showing decks with 30 legendaries, they suck, but seem really fun to play, so the idea is: How about a Tavern Brawl that each player get's 20 Classic legendaries, 5 GvG legendaries and 5 TGT legendaries on their decks? Some legendaries can be excluded, like Lorewalker Cho, since on this TB they won't be doing anything. It's fun because we would be playing cards that we'll never play on constructed, because they are not good enough or simply bad, and some pepole don't have the dust to craft many cards and don't want to spend on those cards.
A deck of 30 random legends for a class? Maybe. A deck of 20 legends and 10 spells or weapons - a LOT better. After all, Lorewalker Cho would be in his place as a 2-drop then, capturing and transferring spells between classes. Priests would rule anyway with Thoughtsteals.
