I'd say no although, in a vacuum, bananas make Mill more powerful.
The issue is that bananas also make certain aggro decks more powerful - Tempo Mage in particular. Control decks gain the least from Bananas. However, Mill decks naturally want to prey on Control and fear Aggro so, although Bananas do improve Mill, the Banana Brawl metagame is not at all comfortable for Mill to succeed in.
It's hard for mill decks in the banana brawl. Like vs paladins if you do a Blade Flurry after their Muster for Battle you can easily fill up your opponent's hand. But it will also give them an advantage when they drop the next minion with 3x banana buff.
So far I've only seen aggro decks in the banana brawl which probably are the most viable decks in it..

Bananans makes it more easier to mill. Anyone explored this option yet?
