I used troggs in my decks and wild pyro! :D was fun
OMG WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THATOMG!
Myself, I tried a mill rogue, then realized it doesn't work well here so I went ramp druid with naturalize and owls. Works well, though I'm facing more odd stuff (a control hunter with faceless and Krush O.o) than aggro.
But yeah, I'm now thinking Troggs. Deathrattle shaman would be pretty epic as well. Wonder if it's possible to put in both.
Edit: OMG you CAN! And it's glorious!
REALLY wishing that my deck tracker wasn't still messed up though. I want to be able to swap decks, but it hasn't been updated. I forgot how annoying crafting decks manually is :/
I'm 3-0 in this mode. I ran my weird summoner druid (echoing ooze, imp master, hogger, onyxia, cenarius) for 2 games and beat a mage and hunter then beat a paladin with my paladin deck with troggs, dragonkin sorcerer and violet teacher.
I think this Brawl is fun. Plus its an alternate way to get wins for your daily quest :)
I do have fun doing my dailies. OK, yesterday it was (face) Hunter and today Warlock (zoo). So that was easy with 5-2 records each. Let´s see what tomorrow brings.
I´ll certainly try a Trogg deck (Dragonkin Sorcerer might also find a place). This way I may not feel too daft having crafted Trogg first thing after GvG came out :-)
I think brawl is fun. A nice diversion from laddering, as I am not much of an arena player.

Trog is lovely Try him. Also try at least the 4 drop Trog. If you have room, the 2 drop works, though you can cut those if not.
I gotta try Dragonkin. I saw my opponent use him and, OMG I'm so glad I had silences.
Tavern brawl is supposed to have a theme each week. That means that only some decks are viable or , like the first brawl was, you can play two set up decks. Now the only difference is that you can make your own deck, ONE THAT WORKS WITH THE THEME! Why would you complain about only certain decks working? That's what Tavern Brawl is all about.
still waiting for brawl with 5+mana cost minions only
Fuck hunters and all aggro <3
Indeed my friend, indeed!
When i started testing the new brawl i was sooooo disappointed.
I faced even more aggro decks than in casual or constructed...
Mage, Mage, Mage, Zoo, Facetard, etc..
Not really much fun. :/
First i wanted to fight fire with fire but my opponents got the better draws and shots of flame waker. :l
Then i created a Pala deck (including Bolvar for teh lulz, he never won me anything but i could play him one time as a 11/7, then i lost. xD) and i could finally to start to win games.
Honestly this week's brawl seems a bit boring because the bananas are not game changing enough.
Just find it sort of puzzling how tempo mage can account for 70%+ of the metagame lol.
Now I'm wondering if it's because it's by far the best deck or if the community is that boring and uncreative. It makes sense for ranked play, but what exactly is the point of farming brawl mode with the same deck everyone else is using? They don't even make changes to it to counter other mage decks, they just copy hearthpwn.
Meh seems sort of a waste to me.
Maybe next time blizzard can ban some cards like they used to do for adventure mode, so at least people have to think a little bit more about what to play. I think everyone instantly thought to make a mage deck when they saw the challenge and it's a little sad to think that it was that easy to figure out the best deck.

One does not simply walk into Mordor,
unless they want to be the best they can be.
IMO the most overpowered card with the bananas is Echoing Ooze and the most powerful card
is Troggzor.

<shrug> with the exception of face hunters still being a good choice, I think this Brawl is pretty fun.

Only aggro cancers there.
Facehuntards, tempoflamewaker, zoo. GG. Made 1 win and will come back next week.
Yes. Yes, it does. You can see my brawl token druid deck below to get some ideas about what you can do in current meta as druid.

This browl is way better then the first one... I don't get the point with all the whines
Sure it's aggro oriented, and what ? Last one was heavy control oriented with games that lasted forever, without any deckbuilding...
You can play any class, even a neutral deck can work !
Here an exemple :
There is no cancer deck in hearthstone ! You are the Cancer !
I managed to break out from the 'My hand is too full!' void by using sorceress's apprentice, making the bananas zero mana. Try it.
I fought a flamewaker mage and face hunter using zoolock and I won both games. Flamewaker mage decks can still be defeated, it's not that terrible.
I used a Flamewaker / trogg mage against mill rogue and I won.
Lost to a druid with dragon eggs and echoing ooze... that setup was nice!

Hoping for better extra rules next week!
Hey. =)
Dunno, I found a 12/12 haunted creeper to be quite cool.
Khel Thuzad works great in banana brawl... recycles your minions and you gain bananas as well :D
