Kind of a stupid question, but seeing the wildly differing opinions on the balance of it.
If this really is a "brawl" and there's no MMR of any sort being taken into account, that would explain a lot. All you need to qualify for Brawl is to have a hero to level 20, which you can do playing against the AI if you want. At that point, Legend players are matched with Rank 25 Angry Chickens?
I would have thought they could just use your Casual MMR... but it seems like maybe they aren't matchmaking at all, which in principal sounds fun but in practice results in a shit experience for most people.
