You all have probably heard that tavern brawl (brawl) will include uncollectible cards/cards not in the game. But do you think that some of those cards could come back in a future expansion/its card pack? That way blizzard could make use of the brawl to test some future cards on a massive number of people. Or maybe have a week where you play with rebalanced cards to see how it works out (buffing cards that normally don't see play) and based on that data maybe tweak them in other modes.

I am a servant of the world. And if I'm a servant, then you should consider yourself a tool, at best.
Most seem like rehashes of previous adventure content but there are some new cards and mechanics as well. It is funny that a lot of cards an ideas from fan creations seem to have made it in. I'm assuming they will use TB to test out new ideas and cards where they can be contained and effectively play tested in the wild for free.

Yes, when I saw the tavern brawl cards that immediately sprang to mind. It's an easy way to test and see reactions to new mechanics.
Has anyone else noticed that a whole new set of cards has been added to the card section here for Tavern Brawl? http://www.hearthpwn.com/cards?filter-set=18

Absolutely it will be. However, I think it will be more to test specific mechanics and interactions in the wild rather than specific cards.
