I almost gave up on this one. I was really close to not giving it another try and walking away from that free pack. I was almost to the point where that free pack was not worth it. Don't get me wrong I am glad I stuck with it, but this brawl was a waiting game and I don't like having to wait for my helper to play what I need to go off. The timing was an issue in many games and if the timing is off even by a turn you and your assistant can be setback for many turns or just plain dead. So not my favorite brawl, I am happy to be done with it.
Goddamn this is hard. We won once thanks to my brann + refreshment vendor save followed with his finishing move minion and tokens + savage roar.
Played a few more games but still lost. The closest we got was this..
We were able to combo Millhouse next turn Pyroblast + Fireball + Arcane 1 mana spell forgot the name with +4 spell damage on board but still managed to lose.
Another player conceded because I didnt have heal for him and he also probably didnt for himself. If he waited, there was a chance for me to get my lethal next turn if mechazod just increased his attack or hit me and the minions.
I rerolled my Tavern Brawl quest, I'm not playing this again. Once is enough.
TL;DR - If you haven't played this brawl yet, play it with someone in your friend list so you can communicate your hands ot each other and plan out plays. It's your best best.
The rng in this brawl is super tilting. I lost count of how many times we got so close and played so intelligently around all possibilities that Mechazod can throw at you, and the rng chose face damage and the 3 random enemy damage spells to both of us 6-8 turns in a row, broken only buy attack buffs.
This doesn't feel like a challenge to me and my level of skill, it feels like Blizzard gave us decks that do far more specific things than last time, things that require boards to survive while we build our hands for a combo that neither of us knows that we can pull off.
I ended up playing with a buddy of mine and we had to constantly communicate to get the win. Even then, it was because Mechazod targeted minions mostly while we built our combos and boards to absorb the damage he was churning out.

Rage quitting: the best way to ensure your opponent knows they beat a giant baby.
So The mage seems to be doing most of the legwork on the damage, not counting mage buffing the shit out of a druid’s Trogzor. Wait forstacked spell damage. Druid should try flooding the board to keep the spell damage mage minions alive during the 3 random targets.
Had a few games that were just impossible to win. Mechazod having 6 attack by my 3rd turn meant nothing hitting the board was living at all.
So far 3-7 in the brawl. Some AI tweaks to stop early game buffs or a slight mana boost to both players to start would be appreciated.
I understand the saltiness of some comments, but I think that for once Blizzard nailed it. This brawl is fun and challenging. After the first, few tries I came here and blasted the poll with super negative votes. But I tried again, and beat the lil guy after few more tries.
There are interesting mechanics in this brawl, that are not obvious at the first playthrough. This boss can't be beaten by brute force, it requires a process of learning the decks and the boss reactions to our actions. Having a large board, refraining from blindly attacking him, a wise and timed use of Lorewalker Cho, etc. It's very very well done.
Sure, the frustration of someone fireballing your face is still there, but this could be prevented by more clear instructions by blizzard (a better brawl description, a popup dialogue from our hero when we try to wrongly attack someone's face, etc
Anyway, I, for the first time in many many brawls, had a fun time playing it and "discovering" the way to beat this boss. Feels kinda like World of Warcraft.
For once I feel like saying "Well done, Blizzard!"

Boss: gain 2 attack gain 2 attack gain 2 attack Deals attack to both players, 10 turns in a row
you lost, ty rng
Pretty much my experience with Mechazod this time. It's so much fun when he decided to buff his attack constantly during the first turns, only to randomly two-shot you or your opponent later on. Even when both players actually know what they're doing, you're slim chance of winning this brawl is still mostly down to RNG. Fuck this shit!
Not a fan of this brawl. I'll take my free pack and be done with TB this week.
Waiting for just the right card draw and partner to have just the right card draw and card play at just the right moment bores me. There is a chance to make mistakes, but most people die due to bad card draw...not bad plays. Not a fan of waiting for random good luck.
RNG aside, this brawl is not hard, but depends very heavily on your partner. If he knows what he is doing you will win, if he doesn't you will lose. Assuming you now what to do and can fill the gaps ;).
I have played 6 matches overall (1 win for the pack, and 3 wins to get today's quest) and only lost twice, so 6 matches / 4 wins / 2 loses. 1 (semi) RNG and 1 due to the partners inability to grasp the idea of the brawl - coudn't even try to get the match going well.
Such a stupid brawl oh my god.
What a shitty brawl. Happy I got my 1 win.

Way to build up hype for the next expansion! Another shitty brawl nobody will like.
Cho usually dies after your partner plays his spells, I guess you were unlucky
I currently have 20 wins following those simple tips. Sorry if they dont work for you
Once again a great clown fiesta... I think it would be kind of fair if bomb salvo was solely able to hit minions but not like this
Insanely hard. Even with a great partner :(

The brawl is pretty straight forward one is support one is dmg try to keep the other alive and make smart plays and u will beat it first try

Hearthstone PVE is not really worth my time. Didn't play it once.
