Looks like Blizzard added a disclaimer to boss description this time to avoid having stupid partner trying to kill you instead of the boss, smart move.
played on all three servers and contrary to previous co-op brawl, havent come across with any player who has tried to kill me blindly. it was just hard to be lucky about the draws and find an opponent who knows what to play for combos.
Why does he have to nuke the whole board instead of killing just one minion? Stupid shit. Makes it so that you basicly can't win first time since you don't know about that thing. I lost 3 in a row because opponent just filled their board and then got nuked.
They should have also let you start with 2 mana crystals. Make it slightly easier and less slow, you never do anything until like turn 4, nor should you.
Always loved this brawl, but this time around it's pretty horribly balanced! I mean this was incredibly hard! Had to replay this 6 times while we both knew exactly what to do, but the AI was just such a cheat lol.

Add me up if you're looking for someone to play friendly matches with! I play on EU. LuckyScrub#2745
This one actually is quite fun, but sometimes even hilarious when you meet aan opponent who obviously still tries to kill you. I actually lost this way once or twice and hinting emotes just seems to angers them into a furious rage. Their the ghostriders of HS, watch out for them ^^
*edit: ah they added a disclaimer to the discription, stil the memories...
I have to agree with this brawl feeling harder, maybe it's just that I had a few games where the boss boosted attack 3 turns in a row. Regarding Mr. Manastorm. I had a stars align game where I had both fireballs, pyroblast, torch, and arcane blast in hand when my ally played Millhouse and +3 spell damage on board. Chunked Mechazod down to enough hp where my partner could finish him off. Such a satisfying win. when it comes to the co-op brawls, I Prefer the Pinata one and the one where you fight Nefarian.
This was a tough brawl, I had to do it multiple times to beat it, but once you find a person with similar experience, you can beat it consistently with them. So here is some advice aggregated into 1 post, hopefully more people read it and make things less frustrating for everyone:
Card draw is king, at least initially
As mage, you want to accumulate spells, not use them prematurely
As druid, you want to kinda accumulate your spells too (until Cho or Violet Teacher), the main spell I recommend saving until Cho is the 8-health heal (Treeants are useful with Cho too)
Don't play Cho by himself on board, you'll just throw him away
You're usually better off ramping, drawing or not doing anything first couple turns (your 1-mana minion is just going to die to Prioritize spell whereas he could've been used to take the bullet for a bigger minion later)
Similar to above bullet, don't ram your 1/1, 2/2, 3/3 etc. tokens/minions into the boss, the damage they do is minuscule, and the benefit of using them as a "lightning rod" for his high damage later far outweighs it
Heal druid, not mage - unless mage is dying (mage has a minion that will shield all but 1 damage)
The 6 damage your Leeroy is going to do won't be as useful as you think, don't trade him unless the boss is close to dead. Instead use him to protect more crucial minions (like that one that gives both players spell damage +2) from Prioritize. I think the main point of leeroy is to generate 3 more minions to distract the boss
Similar to above, bananas can be used to +1 a decoy minion to save an important minion from Prioritize
As a druid, try to play your Cho or the minion that gives both players +2 spell damage into mage's secret
Try to play Cho + Millhouse on same turn to enable mage to use all their spells they should have been saving
As a mage, don't throw away your 1-mana spell that has double effect from spell damage until it does at least 10 damage (and hopefully play it when Cho is on board)
If you can get the minion that generates Troggs to stick on board, that's also very good. He generates more tokens to take the hit and they can quickly be buffed to do big damage to boss. He is also a good minion to play into mage's secret
Overall, the frustrating part about this brawl is that you yourself have very little control. Each player only has enough tools to enable the other player to do the right play. Mage needs to save spells and use card draw, hoping that druid will play Cho + Millhouse at the right time. Druid needs to hope mage doesn't waste spells prematurely, doesn't accidentally mill him but DOES give him enough card draw to find Cho in time. Druid also needs to hope mage doesn't lose his +spell minions prematurely. Mage in turn needs to hope that druid will generate enough tokens to take the hit. If any of these pieces falls apart, you lose.
Were these decks updated at all since the last time? The "newest" card I spotted was Brann Bronzebeard.
Anyway, it's been a while but I haven't missed it. Not very exciting, the balancing is rather bad, to a point you need a decent draw on top of a decent playmate, and it's another Brawl you can't play for quests. But hey, I got my 5th Mindgames. And it was just in the 9th pack since my last epic in Classic... yay.
EDIT: I checked, it's exactly the same decks like last time. Only difference: A lot of cards were nerfed since then.

Super easy, completed on second try
Aviana.....
I have opposite, i hate when i must make my own deck in tavern brawl, cause i have only standards cards and it s just weak compare to wild players.
What a garbage brawl. No classic pack is worth this.
How does anyone rate this RNG fiesta awesome? Another terrible brawl.
