I would very much like to know how many people just play till they get their reward. That's what I do for most brawls and, from what I read, most people do the same...
The ones where it is completely random isn't fun (encounter at crossroads). I like most of the brawls where you create your own deck (the christmas one where you need to destroy packs to stay ahead of the opponent), the boss vs boss brawls (Rag vs Nerferian) and the ones where RNG is more controlable (The one where you discover your deck on the go). Too often I see brawls that is uninteresting tho.
I have pretty much only play brawl since K & K, and only play ladder to get the card back. I will play wild occasionally to see what interesting decks people are playing. I bought the 70 packs prior Ww release, and only play standard for 1-2 week.
‘The ladder has become so boring, especially standard.
After the starcraft brawl, I have a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to tavern brawls. Usually just get the pack and go unless we get something like gone fishin which was honestly really interesting.
Yes. Casual and brawl are my gamemodes of choice. I don't know why people don't like them, but I like the rng brawls as the most stupid shit can happen. Randomonium and the one where random spells play when you play a minion are my favorites.
Sure I enjoy most of the brawls. I don't mind stupid RNG shit as you can be quite surprised by a random syngergy you'd never experience. However, some brawls are just boring.
I usually like the really fast ones where your deck is built for you, so I can just mindlessly do it while I'm at work.
Raven Idol (and I'm guessing this week's, which I haven't done yet) is brutal because games take a thousand years and and I can't mindlessly do it at work lol. I've never replayed a brawl that I didn't have to.

Yes, I consistently enjoy Tavern Brawls. If they have already been done before, or if they're too slow/repetitive/unbalanced, I'll usually just play them once or twice, but most of the time, I'll probably play a dozen times within a given week.
Today in my free brawl pack I got Barongeddon, then I had a cup of fresh green tea. As a result of that, I think Priest is OP because my keyboard is not a mechanical one. I hope Blizzard will address this issue.
Usually I brawl until 1 victory and that's it. I really enjoyed this week's brawl... the first game. It took me 2 or 3 to win and it sure dragged on forever.
My favorite brawls are the ones like 'top 2' especially with wild cards. All kinds of interesting games and weird win conditions. Games are usually quick... Except when both players choose armorsmith and whirlwind... Ya that was boring.
It depends on the brawl. Lately there's been a lot of the '1 win then done' type. I like the ones that take more skill, and if there's one where I can win 70%+ of the time, I'll play a bunch of them. Usually that means the ones that are 'symmetric but small RNG'.
For example, the 30 webspinner brawl or 30 unstable portal brawl or 30 raven idol brawl, I'll literally win 80-90% of my games because while they are pure RNG in the cards you get, there's enough meaningful decisions that the better player usually wins.
An example of one that has 'symmetric but huge RNG' would be something like the one where after any minion is played, a random spell is cast. I remember one game where my first one drop pyroblasted my face, and my opponent's first one drop got some buff like blessing of kings. Epic skills :p
I also don't like the brawls that are essentially predetermined games. The 'clockwork' brawl, where you would draw cards costing 1,2,3,etc, on that turn, was terrible. It was the same game every single time, and whether you won or lost was, assuming no misplays, essentially determined by your decks before you started the game. Same thing with brawls like the 'top 2', where you'd pick 2 cards and get 15 copies of each in your deck. There's no skill there; one deck will beat the other like 95% of the time and no meaningful decisions were made.
I really like the boss fight battles. Nefarian vs Ragnaros, for example; even though Nefarian has like an 80% winrate in the hands of a good player, and Rag was much, much lower, it's still really fun, because there are a ton of decisions to make. There was a boombot vs annoyotron one that was really fun as well, but they haven't repeated it as much.
I don't really like the cooperative brawls. They're a decent idea in theory, but they're usually really easy. I've also found that most partners in those are really poor players. It's a lot easier when you do a coop brawl with someone in your friends list so you can chat, but it's really frustrating to watch n00bs do stupid things in the coop brawl and cost you the game :p (My favourite coop brawl was one where there was this massive boss, he had stats that were something like 2/150, and I had a webspinner or something give me stampeding kodo and I wtfpwned the boss with it, lol. But aside from moments like that, the coop brawls have been pretty dull so far, though they have enabled some neat combos)
My favorite brawl was the pick 3 brawl, it was wild so it was full of many good combos, instead of 1 really broken one. But they havent put it back out yet so I dont think it will come back, which sucks. I played over 40 games of that brawl and loved every game.

Yes, there are lots of people who will still enjoy brawls, but it really depends on the brawl that is
createdrepeated that week.If they are of a "build a deck" variety, sometimes.
If they are the "your deck will be filled with random cards" kind, no, not at all.
Gone fishing and the one before that were fun. Everything else has sucked.

Do the "play constructed decks for arena style rewards" type brawls count? I have "fun" earning more than 10 gold for 3 games of good constructed play
