Yeah, it's bad if you get someone who's 'choosy' about things, but easily winnable. Removal is gold, especially hard removal. Minions that grow like Questing Adventurer become a problem real fast. As long as you aren't underwater, pick a good 'lunker' over a bad on-curve card. If they start blazing through their idols on turn 3 it's basically a free win - the power of discover is reacting to the situation.
Easily one of the worst brawls ever. Not only is it 100% RNG fest, but its a LONG DRAWN OUT RNG fest. You and your opponent do nothing but idols for the first 3-4 turns. Games tend to go long past 10 turns each. It's just ridiculous.
It's a holiday-brawl. Since many devs are now at home, Idols of Azeroth is one of the easiest Brawl to manage: Jade Idol is a pretty bug-free card that let you discover other cards. Other brawl needs more attention, this brawl should not bug around anywhere, simply because you just have 30 idols in your deck.
After some rounds of that I hate to say it has gone downhill. There wasn't things like Bonemare and Cobalt Scalebane last time. Probably the first brawl in a while it just isn't worth the pack (I have 3 accounts)
Actually, a lot of the winning strategies are based on effective long-game netdecks. Rogue does great with OTK - build up a bunch of Eviscerate. Warrior can easily run it to fatigue with the armor gain cards and Dead Man's Hand.

Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.
Turn 5 I coined a skulking geist onto an empty board. Both decks gone. Next turn beneath the grounds and gang up on the geist. Opponent drew the three ambushes (because that's all that was in their deck) took another tick off fatigue damage, and conceded.

Idols of Azeroth
Ever draw a spell when you really needed a minion? Never again! Your deck will be 30 Raven Idols, so you'll be able to discover whatever you need!
Let the complete RNG fiesta begin!!
Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.
how many and what type of packs we are going to have today?
Giants! Giants everywhere!
[K&C] Amazing Quest Mill Druid
One day this game will stop existing. I can't wait.
I get the worst options while opponent gets Cho, BGH, deathwing, etc etc etc...

Pro-tip: Always keep Raven Idol on mulligan.

I won my first game for the pack so luckily don't have to play it again, this is definitely one tavern brawl I shall not be repeat playing.

They can make this more interesting and intense by adding perma Nozdormu effect.

At least no netdecking in this tavern brawl :)

what's the trick?
2 people only in the eu tavern right now. Same opponent four times. It must have been the definition of one pack brawl for many players.
I had one fun and really quick one as a rogue.
