Tavern brawls are one of the best parts of the game. I just don't get the down time in between.
Yeeee and that's why Blizzard doesn't give a f- about competitive ladder
Well maybe that's because competitive hearthstone is a joke
The game has adapted to the people who play it, Blizzard is a great company, rightly aiming for profit. If people enjoys tavern brawls instead of a competitive game, blizzard aims on that
They need to clean up the mess created by the brawling patrons! ;)

Nothing wrong with that. And don't get me wrong, i'm not against a better ladder. I just don't want to sacrifice other parts of the game that are actually fun for a lot of people for that.

The idea of weekly changing game mode with custom rules is great, but I'd like to see more creative approach to it, instead of repeating most dumb brawls again and again.

I repeat... that game mode is useless, without the pack reward nobody would play it . Everyone would play a competitive ladder instead.
Nobody want's to play their stupid repeat brawls every week. They only pick the lame ones. It's almost been half a year now since the Last COOP brawl. They should just make that one a entire game mode, I'd rather play that then valeera spell brawl for the 10th time.
This.
There's a few gems in the format that I've got 100+ wins in but most of them are pretty garbage. And they sure love to spam the garbage ones over and over again

You don't have a clue how many People Play tavern brawl. A friend of mine plays it regularly. I play it more than once when I like the brawl (which is probably around every third or fourth brawl). Your Approach on the game is exactly that: Your Approach. Don't mistake your opinion for "everyone's". Blizzard has the numbers and I doubt that they would carry on with tavern brawls if everyone is just playing once.

I know, but i know FOR SURE that competitive players don't even play it for the pack. I don't care about common users, sorry about that... but i understand Blizzard point of view

I'm trying to empathise with your hatred for the mode, but you're making it harder and harder when you make statements like this. You sound moronic.
I am admittedly one of those who play it for the pack only - with very few notable exceptions, depending on the brawl (i'd play Ragnaros vs Nefarian even with no rewards).
However, i also understand it is ultimately a matter of taste, and i think it is wrong to redirect efforts away from it (it is not too different from idiot arguments like, why spend money on spaceships when ppl still die for famine?).
As a side note, i think they should add a weekly reward for Dungeon Runs as well.
Seems like it's time to pack this one up. People indicate they do like the tavern brawls. OP responding to every other post in the thread doesn't seem to be swaying anyone's opinion either. Off to play some brawl now.
Focus on a competitive ladder system instead of that crap. Without the pack reward nobody would play it...

If there was no pack, I would never play it.
I play brawls to complete daily quests if i currently don't have viable deck for selected class.

Are you saying that only "pro" play competitive and you can't beat them so you're trying to recruit noob to play them too?
Vote for my Card Design Submission! I love this one!
