The Innervate is the key card otherwise you don't have the mana you need. I'm afraid that the 2 murlocs just lose to everything else for lack of draw but it beats the mill.
How have other decks done against the mill deck?

"les Pions. Il sont l’âme des Echecs..." - Francois-Andre Danican Philidor
I also played against someone who had kobold, moonfire, innervate. He would have beat me, except he played 5 moonfires on turn 3 for only 2 damage each. A little patience and it crushes mill.
Warlock - Soulfire, Malkahzar Imp, Fists of Jaraxxus.. GG... if he naturalizes your imps he just feeds you with soulfires... and likewise if he doesnt your imps will feed you soulfires...annnd for him to do dmg aside from his hero ability he has tonplay the seers which in turn feed you soulfires.... they simply can not win against a semi coherent player with this deck....
Not exactly a counter but it just feels so good to crush all these unoriginal netdeckers.
Your deck isn't really original either.
Possible (at least for the innervate+barnes combo), yet I haven't run into a single mirror match in 53 games. Unlike this mill druid and mech hunter, which I met 48 times (yes, I can recall all the 5 other decks, including the one which gave me this idea - he ran Ragnaros instead of DW).

Anyone would have already quit this game with my unluck.

Haven't seen Mech Hunter yet but faced like 3 or 4 Deathwing + Barnes decks
If you use a deck that does not have any minions, or has minions that can't be Naturalized, you just countered 1/3 of the Mill Druid Deck.
The key to beating Coldlight Oracle is to be able to play all the cards in your hand and empty your hand. That means some kind of mana cost reduction like mechwarper or having your own mana accel like innervate.

Druid can Naturalize his own Oracles. (and by necessity has to do this in the mill vs mill match-up)

Innervate,Naturalize, Coldlight Oracle.
I beat it every time with Innervate, Murloc Tidecaller, Bluegill Warrior

"The Pawns: They are the very Life of this Game."
Healing circle + mind explosion + the spell who changes healing to damage
BUm
I used Innervate, Enchanted Raven, and Mark of Y'Shaarj and had a lot of success with it
Prince Melchazar, naturalize, innervate

I just won 1 with hunter : Kill command, explosive trap and webspinner
I've been playing Mill Druid and lost miserably to a Conceal, Cold Blood & Worgen Infiltrator Rogue.
A glorious bundle of salt.

If you got the coin, the Mercenaries get going. Vote for The Mercenary for CCC #3.
A glorious bundle of salt.
Southsea Deckhand, Conceal and Cold Blood is a hard counter to Mill Druids. Just don't play anything till turn 3 when you have a dagger equipped.
Young Dragonhawk is better but I haven't got that on my US Arena account.

Bad players whine.
Good players adapt.
Voidcaller, Shadowflame, MalGanis
Works well with other decks assuming you can survive until turn 5 and dont get too unlucky with the swap
Upgrade, Bloodsail Cultist, Dread Corsair (thanks for drawing a board full of 3/3 taunts for me, Mill Druid!)
Tundra Wolf, Stonetusk Boar, Desert Camel (also beats almost everything else)
