I don't understand why they didn't make the minions act the same way as Yogg's servant, that is, casting spells costing at most 5 (or at most their owbn cost). Would be much more enjoyable.
I got the enjoyment of an activated Blackwing Corrupter casting Recycle on the minion I was targeting. The animation launched itself at the opponent's deck. Quite funny.
Typical blizzard marketing strategy. At the end of this brawl there will be something like: this was the most played brawl ever (unsaid because of the difficulty of getting that free pack)
My advice: if you have the tavern brawl quest, reroll it! anything is better than the constant nerve-wrecking pain caused from this much amount of RNG

Next brawl is gonna be a constructed brawl with these rules : "Replace all text on your minions with Yogg-Saron's text. Spells cast by your minions count towards the amount of spells you cast this game."
My strategy: Use a hero with a hero power that can hit the face Hunter/Mage/Druid/Rogue. General rules:
1. Play on curve.
2. If you have a minion you want to kill another with or hit face, do that before playing any new minions.
3. If you are ahead by some luck and can do a lot of damage, hit face.
4. If you are ahead, play fewer minions - such as one on curve - to prevent RNG issues. If you are ahead by a lot, don't even play a minion that turn. Hit face with minion and hero power.
5. If you are behind, say on turn 8, play as many low cast minions as you can and see what happens. See what random spell happens each time before adding more. I've seen both characters healed to max multiple times, as well as clearing the entire board too.
I've probably played this brawl 30-40 times. I've gotten both a turn 1 CoTW and had that go against me. Don't take it too seriously.
Clown Fiesta, how do people find this enjoyable ? this is literally like a coin flip, absolutely no thought process or "skill" involved. You coin flip, your opponent coin flips, whoever gets the better outcome wins, w o w.
I actually feel like putting a tinfoil hat on after this brawl. One game my opponent cast Beneath the Grounds off a turn 2 minion. And somehow I hit one copy on my next turn... Then when I draw another card, it is the second ambusher. On the following turn I draw the 3rd. Im not going to do the math, but I bet the odds of that happening are pretty bad.
The next game I got lucky and cast Call of the Wild on turn 2. Next turn my opponent cast a creature and it pulls Flamestrike... So I wasnt lucky for long.
Don't enjoy flipping coins for fun. Though I won't condemn anyone who enjoys this one. I just enjoy having some control over winning/losing. Pretty much all my wins are from people quitting out of frustration on turns 1-3.
Don't play this brawl if you don't like RNG. Simple as that. I like these RNG games though because anything that can happen. For example, I had a fast game where I played a King's Elekk and randomly played a Force of Nature on Turn 2! Later on, I play a long drawn out game where I end up losing despite playing a 7/7 for four mana... three times! The board state can change in a heartbeat.
The only thing that would make this Brawl better is if the random spell cast is based on the mana cost of the minion. Servant of Yogg-Saron is 5 mana to play, so it casts a random 5 mana spell. If you play a minion that cost 2 to play, then you should play a random spell that cost 2.

Fuck this fucking retarded brawl. Nothing goes right. Enemies get free trades with Commanding Shout, I play minions and Brawl gets cast and their minions survive, they get free card draws... just every fucking thing that could go wrong does. Random my ass.
This is the kind of shit I'm talking about: opponent gets two Tirions and a Ragnaros Lightlord. What the fuck? Next game opponent plays Tunnel Trogg and has Charge cast on it. That's okay, I guess, I play a Patient Assassin. And then it casts Whirlwind. Fucking dumb.
It must be equally irritating, of course, when it's my opponent having no chance. They play a 2/1. I play elven archer to kill it but Doom plays instead and draws me some cards. Then I play Bladed Cultist and it gets buffed with Dark Whispers to a 7/8. Next turn I play Buccaneer and it casts Mind Games and gives me a Gruul. That's no fun for my opponent at all, he instantly quit.

lame crap yet again. glad I got it on the first try thanks to pure RNG
Say "Wow" for RNG!

We think we dont want it, but we do.
TEMPO MAGE
Playing Warlock, Opponent gets me down to 1 Health.
I play Jaraxxus. Next minion he plays casts Sacrificial Pct on Jaraxxus.
I think that sums this brawl up...random BS.
Me: Play four creatures in a row that destroy themselves with the spells they cast.
Opponent: Force of Nature, Resurrect, Force of Nature, Resurrect
Sigh. There is random, there is stupid random, and then there is this brawl.
I might be the only one that enjoyed this brawl.

I have the worst luck in the world. I swear every bad RNG card hurts me and every good one helps my opponent.

I forgot to mention the potentially best part of this brawl.
I've seen people with lethal on the board play more cards...with the RNG, this is an awful move and could easily backfire.

I like this Brawl a lot. One of the few Brawls I kept replaying

I'm so torn about this TB. It can be fun for some crazy games, but sucks a lot when RNG is against you for 10 in a row.

I should be keeping track of my loss streak because it's been crazy. There is RNG and there is this.
