Now it's actually too easy... I played 6 games with random strangers and we won all 6... That's what Blizzard do - make it easy for the whining nabs...
Otherwise I really like the co-op brawls - they are fun, interesting and you have to think differently. I really want A LOT more in this area - meaning more and new co-op brawls with different characters, heroes, enemies, abilities, and cards. And even the option to make your own decks - that would be awesome!
Heck, why not even (in the distant future probably) a co-op mode?? Or 2v2 mode? It would be freakin amazing, imagine the possibilities...!
I can't understand people who BM in this brawl. I mean BMing in general is dumb, but BMing in a CO-OP brawl is the highest level of retardation ever. That said we still won so it's ok I guess.
And yes it is way easier than the first one as long as Mechazod doesn't ramp his attack too quickly.
I got Priest every time though lol. I healed my teammate to keep us both at around equal health, and we eventually won by re-casting Blessed Champion over a Shielded Minibot while a Lorewalker Cho was on the field.
Wow I feel so bad for not recording who the other player was but I was paladin "Dylock" is my user name. If you are a member of this site I just want to say thank you! It was my first attempt at this brawl (didnt play HS when it was arount before) and we won. Even though we couldnt communicate during I feel we both played into what the other was trying to do and got that free pack! Thank you random stranger!
I think that might have been me. It was my first cooperative brawl as well and I was priest. I don't remember either. First try, no communication but great teamwork. My first play was the the healing light minion. You or not, similar experience, so I know what you mean!
This was surprisingly easy won 3/4 two of them with minions that were buffed to 100+attack . While having the tb. the priest/paladin and the paladin/warriors quests feelsgoodman
This is great Brawl. Easily reached gold limit. I play it even after that, because it's great brawl I played against some opponents who hit Mechazod to 1 life, when they have lethals and then concede, but I don't care, because I play this for fun not for wins. I hope there would be moore ofter cooperative brawls, because all the other game modes are versus. It's nice to have something different.
I think this brawl shows how many new players Whispers of the Old Gods got because 5 out of my 7 partners had no idea what they were doing or had straight up never played before. I had a player mill me with Coldlights and started spamming well-played when it milled off good cards. I also had someone wait until turn 10 to play Arcane Golem, they also coined out Millhouse on turn 1. Nothing is as frustrating as when people run their small minions in instead of keeping them on the board to absorb damage, good thing you did 1 damage to his 95 health and he did 8 damage to your face because you have an empty board.
I actually really like the brawl. It's can be frustrating, but it feels good with the right team mate. I just wish there were different deck combinations it would give you instead of the same two every time.
The challenge of trying to coordinate with someone without communicating with them can be pretty interesting.
I would love to see a fully featured co-op with varied bosses and perhaps with some matchmaking that places you with similar ranked coop players (but with the bosses getting more difficult as you raise in ranks)
Your best luck in winning the brawl will be by playing with friends, which we can confirm was more fun and allowed for some great discussion of strategy. If you and your friend are having issues, try out the following:
Keep both sides of the field filled with minions, but never reach a full board on either side. Gearmaster doesn't like that.
Don't run your little guys into Gearmaster, it just ends up giving him less targets to hit with Bomb Salvo.
Try to combo Lorewalker when Anduin has Light of the Naaru. This will give both of you a Lightwarden which gains silly amounts of stats with all the healing that is contained by both players.
Anduin will want to save Garrison Commander for later on, to buff up those Lightwardens!
Uther has tons of ways to toss out Divine Shields, so be sure to use them to protect your most important minions! This can end up saving you from Prioritize.
Don't forget though, win or lose, when playing through the find-a-random-dude-you-cant-speak-with function of Tavern Brawls, you will get your free Classic Pack just for trying it out.. even if you concede.
Millhouse Manastorm may sometimes appear in the priest deck. so, good idea to play it mid game, so there's a good chance opponent can cast Lorewalker Cho and cast plenty of free spells shared between the two...
You know, the Brawl wouldn't be a problem if we had better ways to communicate with our partner.
After last week's TB, I find this one utterly boring. So glad I got my win after only one game, won't be messing with another TB game this week.
I just got the tavern brawl quest.......
Feels bad man
It's all about control, son!

Yeah, I played twice, lost the first time and conceded the second and did not receive the pack...
Really boring. Got 1 win and I will never play it again.

Got this error after completing my 3rd brawl win.
I don't concede games that often. So, could that have been triggered by my partner?
my decks (comments appreciated):

The first one awards on concede, but not the second one, and somehow i doubt this one would either...
