For those looking for an easy win brawl deck, I've put together this druid deck which is working really well for me together with a quick gameplan on how to win.
Quite balanced brawl, really hard for people without cards.. Found druid being really good (11-2 currently and I lost both to rng..)
Ramping is really strong and druid got 3 spells that generate minions, not to mention poison seeds value against big cards also combo is very strong if you get board while they not, and people aren't running aoe cause nobody plays small minions.
Didn't try freeze mage but it should be ok..Since you can totally block attacking but it's missing cantrips the list runsand it's weak to druid, mirror seems very strong, effigy is strong aswell as unstable, Paladin can play minions every turn no matter what and buff them that's quite good.
The hunter punishes people who play slow decks, while priest can steal your deck.. But I think priest is too slow to work.
Warrior can stack a lot of armor but the weapons aren't that great except gorehowl so dunno about it warrior also lacks minion generating spells.
Warlock can put mountain giant on 4 but people are running a lot of removal and warlock spells are terrible mostly.
Rogue seems bad since they rely on low cost minions, and cheap removal.
Shaman is quite bad only feral spirit going for it.
So I guess 5 classes have solid decks this brawl so it's quite an interesting mini metagame.
What we have here? A p2w brawl? Yep. We had a constructed one two weeks ago? Was that bad to have a random brawl this week? Possibly a new one?
Also this brawl is complete garbage because new players can't even build a deck if they weren't lucky with their pulls. I know in my US account i had to craft 2 krakens in order to have 30 cards to use, after opening 10 packs in total.
yes they can
You have to be creative, but you often do. My F2P side servers are doing okay. Not gonna try more than 1 win tho...
You cannot play this brawl with basic cards. You have to pull or craft more stuff or you are fu**ed
Yes, technically you need about half a dozen non-common cards but tavern brawl has a level requirement, by the time you meet it, you will have enough cards.
Will you have trouble getting a win? Yes.
Are you in disadvantage due to having a limited pool of cards? Yes (but that's a case for a lot of brawls).
Can you participate and get a win in an hour or two? Yes.
Played and won one, will not play more unless I get stuck with the brawl quest.
Just played paladin with muster and buffs and then some random legendaries. Didn't take any damage since the mage I played had to use all spells and pings on my minions
Giants are powerful since they can cost alot less due to cards in hand and times hero powered was used.

The hunter deck is the most fun so far. Cards like Misdirection and Lock and Load are amazing. It's really refreshing to beat warrior with hunter in the long game for a change :) And once again its a deck that doesn't run any minions. (Though ragnaros would be a good fit, its horrible against mindgames)
I had someone attack into his own damaged Chromaggus with his one durability Death's Bite while also triggering Explosive Trap. He left right after XD

Just a quick note, you do not have to be "stuck" with any quest.
Just open your quests and hit the red X and re-roll a new one you can do this with any quest but only once per day.
I should have explained it better. For me, I play alot and usually finish every quest everyday. This means that I enjoy finish them as soon as I can. If I get a 40 gold quest I delete it. And go for whatever is given to me. If it's brawl quest, I brawl it out.
Hence; stuck with quest is that it was my mulligan quest given to me.

I agree on hunter, even though I don't have lock and load. But literally I've played nothing but mages... something like 8 in a row. It's just satisfying to flare all their traps and deadly shot their minion. So tired of playing all mages in brawls, lol.
I had fun with this brawl! I picked a mage to build my first deck with. Unstable portals give you acces to early minion play, in this matter. So I thought that was a good pick. I do think that it also helps to have a hero power that actually does damage, especially the Hunter's. But then again, if you'd pick a paladin with secrets to build up the 1/1 minions from your hero power, that might work too. Fun and challenging!

Gotcha, that is a great attitude! best of luck 2 you!
It was an aggravatingly slow brawl. I ended up winning with a shaman deck on my first try but the games were so long and slow that I dont think I would play this one again unless I had to.
Stupid brawl. If you've got only basics and you play evety legal card in deck, you get 26 cards with druid, paladin and rogue and even less with other cards. If you make Brawl where ppl have to make deck from cards they have, new players are already disadvantaged enough. If you make some of basic cards unavailable for Brawl it's just mean. In Shrinkmeister's Brawl there were only small minions, but big minions were transformed to small instead of banning. Why they couldn't make this brawl same way? If they really just hate new players that much, why not just make brawl "You must be this LEGENDARY to brawl"?
Going hunter is the way to go, traps, fossilised devilsaurs, ball-o-spiders, king crush, call pet. and nobody expects longbow.
Also the only secret removal.
lol what a retarded brawl. Just pick hunter and win on turn 7. Secrets, damage spells, weapons, hero power, spell minions. Too easy and too stupid.
shitty brawl

Priest is incredibly good with mind games, resurrect, light bomb, shadow word death, entomb, mind vision, and thought steal.
Running divine spirit and inner fire is effective. Your opponent won't have silence and only has limited amounts of removal.

Suddenly I don't regret the decision not to dust Rend Blackhand.
Something witty.
Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.
