It doesn't seem that good though. I had big problems against Blood DK and Armor Warrior who just kept destroying my weak minions with AoE before I could attack, and then you don't get much chance to buff them. I only managed to do some serious damage in the beginning before they play their board clears, and I'm guessing those classes are pretty common considering their survival ability.
Edit: Played a bit more, got four wins and one against warrior. I guess it works but DK remains a problem.
Tbh, i'm on something like 10-2 or 10-3 with Pure Paladin (i'm D9 currently, so not the best player out there).
I play it like a Control, focusing on board and chip damage, than or i snowball with Countess or with Horn of the Windlord + Anachronos to steal games out of nowhere. For now is working, but as i said, i'm not the best player out there.
Anyway you can try also Aggro Paladin, which seems to being good lately (atleast from HSReplay reports)
About match ups: DK Blood have way to lifesteal and board clear on low health minions, but they got some trouble to remove anything that's fat, so if you can fight for board control and stick some fattyboy (Countess + Invitations, Anachronos etc) , you can still win the game.
Warrior on the other hand can be a pain in the ass, but they don't play alot of minions, most of the board presence/removal warrior have come from Trial by Fire. Taunts minion are your friends, sometime you will win just because of one single taunt minion preventing him to OTK you. I would say it is a 50/50
My deck doesn't even have horn of the windlord, but I think it would be a good addition. I can easily swap out a weak card for it. Anachronos can be dangerous if you can't win the game or get a big advantage before the minions come back. In older metas I used to have equality + city tax to clear any board but you can't have that anymore.
I recently won against an earthen paladin. Seemed really strong. I think the win was coincidental or because I had better tempo, but wouldn't earthen have a stronger endgame?

Usually Anachronos is good to close a game, you can set up Horn of Windlord, than next turn you can play Anachronos to clean all the board from nasty taunt and minion + some hero ATK buff (like Feast and Famine, or For Quel'Thalas!) for an OTK, or to setup for the next turn. Atleast that's how i use it x)
Didn't tried Earthen Paladin yet, they don't seems to be that great for now (atleast the W/R tell that for now) but seems a fun deck to play. Maybe it need time to set in the meta, but i think it will be Tier 3 material at most.
I have played pure paladin a lot before the latest expansion and then I had high win rate but I have to admit I don't know the current meta. So I played a deck from Hearthstone Top Decks with 46+ votes: https://www.hearthstonetopdecks.com/decks/pure-dude-paladin-47-legend-reqvam-titans/
