Usually i play only wild. What cards are used it standard to counter the frost spell type DK? I climbed so far until platinum and i have a ok win rate of 61%. However, I think i have lost 100% against those DKs...by turn 8-10 they have 5 copies of Icy Touch and Glacial Advance and just OTK out of nowhere. Or several copies of Frostwyrm's Fury and just stall the game forever. Its wilder then wild.
I played a lot of Blood DK and had a positive winrate against Frost DK. If they don`t have a very strong hand to burn you down too fast, you can outheal the Frost DK. Tech in Silence maybe to counter the one Legy (Lady I copy your frost spells) so the Frost DK have far lass burn. (I played Blood DK to Diamond 4 this month.)
An other option could be a really fast aggro deck (Aggro Druid?) to rush down the Frost DK faster than he can burn you down.
If you have a 61% win rate, then you just have to kind of accept that your choices have made you weak against Frost DK. Given the very nice win rate, you kind of just have to accept your weakness and move on.
No deck is good against everything, and if it was, it would need to be nerfed. Accept the thing you are weak against and move on winning 61% anyway.

Just like xskarma said, not every deck will be able to beat Frost DK.
But I can give you some advice on how to try to play around it:
1) Healing and armor gain matters a lot: There is only so much burn that a Frost DK is able to do, so being able to regain health and armor will help you stabilize against a Frost DK as he depletes his hand. Unlike Demon Hunter, Frost DKs can't mana cheat their burst as effectively so you'll have more time to stabilize against them.
2) Token/Flooding the board isn't effective: If your deck tends to try to fill the board as much as possible, Frost DK decks have a lot of AoE spells that will counter it unless you get an insane curve with Hawkstrider Rancher. Around Turn 7, try your best to not fill your board up because you'll get hit hard by Frostwyrm's Fury. If you want to play minions then try to put a minion that has board presence like Taunt so the 5/5 Undead Dragon has a harder time trying to chip you down.
3) Try not to killLady Deathwhisper: This may seem obvious but sometimes it's just better to tank 4 damage than to kill Lady Deathwhisper. It is almost always guaranteed that the enemy Frost DK will have a burst spell in hand whenever they play her, especially if their hand is low enough to get the maximum value of the spells added. Any silence will remove her threatening power, so a card like Coroner is pretty good for freezing her from doing anything as well as silencing her. If you don't want to tech against her then try to heal up as much as you can because when she dies, it's mostly likely that you will get burst down so hard.
4) Triple Frost Death Knights have little to no health regen: Basically if you want to take the Leeroy Jenkins route then do as much damage to the enemy Frost DK as you can do. Frost DKs are vulnerable to pressure and they could spend a lot of their burn cards trying to survive. Keep in mind that they will have Freeze effects in their deck but the most notable one (Frostwyrm's Fury) comes into play around Turn 7. So going face is viable if you can also stabilize and/or have direct damage to finish the Frost DK off.
5) MANA CHEAT: Yeah, I'm pretty serious with this. Frost DKs do have mana cheating in them but they're not as fast as other classes like Rogue and Demon Hunter. If you're able to play high value cards quicker like summoning big minions on Turn 4 or be able to draw & reduce the cost of your spells that'll burst down the enemy Frost DK then do it. A lot of the times, they can't really deal with it other than freezing but there's only so much that they can do.
This is advice coming from someone who plays Frost Death Knight and this is what I noticed from the games that I've lost in Standard.
So good luck in beating my fellow Frosties!

Be more lucky than your opponent.
This is what it's about. The faster your realise the better. Just pray they wont be able to copy their spells
everything that heals a lot counters frost dk hard
defeating a sandwich only makes it tastier
Oh and Control Druid with the 10.000 armor stacking should also be good.
If you play standard, you need to play Rogue.
