The 1st one it that it's balanced, but in a bad way. You can win or lose any matchup, because scams and counter scams decide games. I suggested you to play favored DH vs. Druids, but it can happen they scam you 3 games in a row with turn 4 Prestor and you will want to throw your device through the window.
Another problem is that nothing is extremely popular. You'll face a lot of different stuff on the ladder. It's hard to target anything. If you target Prestor Druid, other scammy decks will eat all your remaining nerves.

According to HSReplay.net Prestor Druid's lowest win rate is against Murloc Shaman. most likely because it's the deck with the best odds of hitting an early game tempo play that rivals or beats what Prestor Druid can do with their super low mana curve. It also doesn't really have to worry about Lady Prestor, because dropping a vanilla 6/7 on turn 6 against current Murloc Shaman should almost immediately guarantee the Prestor player a loss; the current power level of aggressive tempo decks (especially around that turn 5/6 mark) is just way too high
Prestor is still obviously great as an anti-control tool and in the fringe cases where so much tempo has already been established that dropping a Boulderfist Ogre doesn't result in an auto-lose game, but Murloc Shaman does the best job of exploiting that weakness of it and its corresponding deck
other notable Prestor Druid winrates that are below 45% : vs. Fel Demon Hunter (44.8% over 6.1k games) , vs. Celestial Druid (39.9% over 6.2k games) , vs. Big Spell Mage (42.6% over 14k games) , vs. Mech Mage (39.0% over 11k games) , vs. Murloc Warlock (40.8% over 2.2k games) , vs. Quest Warrior (42.3% over 6k games)
The standard beast hunter with Nagas works great, going first with Vicious slitherspear into doggie biscuit means an almost auto win from my experience, they just cannot contest the board that well in the early game
Murloc warlock is the best counter, second is aggro murloc shaman, you need to quickly snowball (efficiently buff your board) in the early game so druid cant do his guff/prestor things. be aware that silence is the main druid weapon against your buffed minions.
What deck is the hardest counter to Prestor Druid? I honestly couldn't care less about other matchups
I played some Murloc Shaman.. with disastrous result, but in all the misery there was one good thing, this deck really kills Druids.
Another good deck is Fel DH.
If you want to join the dark side, then Celestial Druid, too.
.. Mage decks.
Generally, decks that play 1 and 2 drops are fine.

I'm so proud a meme came this far with the help of Renathal.

While I haven't tested it, I'd expect Control Shaman to absolutely destroy that deck by chaining freezes when their board is full.

Any aggro deck works fine, murloc shaman, murloc warlock, beast hunter etc.
Among controls, big spell mage also works fine.
Celestial druid eats them for breakfast, added benefit: it also annihilates quest priests, of which you see more and more popping up.
