Mask of C'thun is a pretty important card to lose, but that deck was rather mediocre and I think we'll find better deck formulas for the two cards (in mage decks) in future sets. Multicaster is the best draw tool for shaman, so no doubt a card you'll see next "year".
It's a very hypothetical question with some very hypothetical answers really. Dawngrasp is mostly a ping-/big spell-synergy card. Will you be able to play that with the coming three sets, which we haven't seen a single card from? Only devs can tell...
Ok, so it has nothing to do with the Scholomance expansion?
No. Scholomance just introduced the keyword "Spellburst" which worked with any kind of spells, not a specific school. They are 2 very different things.
Dawngrasp will eventually see play, probably when quality and density of big spells is good enough. A loaded Dawngrasp can be completely backbreaking.
As for multicaster, we'll have to see the next expansion and whatever changes they're doing to the core set. Fairly sure shaman will still be using it.

Good card draw and powerful standalone cards like hero cards always shine in smaller metas, as the decks are neither very fast nor very refined.
I expect a deck with these to be strong as long as it doesn't automatically die to aggro.
Im kinda new to HS .
What does School Spell means? Is it a spell from Scholomance expansion? Correct me if I’m wrong. Thank you.
Frost/Fire/Holy/Shadow etc
AND It's written on the bottom of the spell card. If nothing is written, then the spell doesn't have a school.
