As the title says, when does standard rotate? And which expansions will go away? 

Spring 2022, when the first expansion of that year releases. Ashes of Outland, Scholomance Academy and Darkmoon Faire along with Darkmoon Races will leave standard.

April 2022. AOO, Scholomance and Darkmoon Faire will go away.

Don't worry, by the direction this game is going, we won't see another rotation.

End of March/ Beginning of April 2022 and Outland, Scholomance, Darkmoon Faire (and races) will rotate and we'll also get a brand new core set, but that last one is obviously free.

Nobody cares of standard.

 Yeah, with one full expansion and probably two mini sets to come before rotation, I think you have plenty of time to craft stuff.

It's usually a month after the 3rd set releases that I start thinking I'd better just save my dust.

Dirty Rat incoming

I hope it will be soon. Curent standard ladder is repetetive and boring thanks to archetypes like ramp druid or any other druid deck.
