Highlander Hunter isn't aggressive in the sense you seem to think. It has always run cards like Dragonqueen because the value gives you steam to finish the game off. N'zoth fills the same purpose, and it is probably even better than Dragonqueen because it gives you so much of a swing, and you're very likely to have some of the minions that are resurrected impacting the game immediately, for example rush minions or king krush.
Also keep in mind that N'zoth will also resurrect the new deathrattle mech, which is worth looking into as well.
Edit: and yeah, it can low-roll with beasts in particular but it's guaranteed to highroll in other places, and you can always tune the decklist to give you a better average result.
Looking through the most popular lists on hsreplay, none of them run Alex and they are pretty much as aggressive as you can be without duplicates. You don't need more fuel when you smorc them down and then finish them with Brann or Zephrys which in my experience has always been the most effective gameplan for Highlander Hunter. They even run Pokelt to "guarantee" the Brann draw.
I think people try to hard to find minions from all 6 tribes. For Druid for example, if you can bring back the 3 big minions (Emerald Explorer, Colossus, Winged Guardian) that is already great value. No need to play weak demons, murlocs or mechs in your deck
Alright, let's try to design the best N'Zoth, God of the Deep play for each class. Let's start with Paladin, as I saw some cards that could lead to a possible N'Zoth Paladin Deck:
____________
Available types: Beast, Demon, Dragon, Elemental, Mech, Murloc, Pirate and Totem.
We have to choose 6 types to fill the entire board (including N'Zoth).

Fishy Flyer is actually a totally reasonable choice you might think about playing in Warrior. A few people have mentioned it already.
ppl really sleeping on druid huh.
Imprisoned Satyr, Emerald Explorer, Winged Guardian, Scrapyard Colossus, Fishy Flyer, Safeguard for a 7 minion board with a hadronox-like effect.
Why u hav to be mad? is only card gaem.
Running 6 tribes could ruin the deck though

I think Warrior will be the most benefited from N'Zoth so far!
In Shaman it just summons a basic totem ?
snaptube vidmate word to pdf
Added Lothraxion the Redeemed to the Paladin Res Pool
for Warrior
Demon: Gan'arg
Any Class really
The 5th or 6th slot could be the new Neutral 4 mana Amalgam 4/5 taunt (ALL tribes)
the Neutral 6 mana 6/3 (Mech) with rush looks nice also
I love that you are rocking a Valknut in your profile.
That's all I came here to say.
