No, it'll stay. Galakrond decks exist in their own vacuum, similar to any tribe deck.
The reason Odd/Even were rotated out, was because they limited future card design due to the requirements being so broad. E.g. if they wanted to make a card at 3 mana, that would be too strong at 2 mana, too weak at 4, but was too strong in Odd Paladin.
Agreed. In fact it's win rate is probably understated because so many bad players play it and drive it's average down.
Facehunter. There is not a even a second close to that. It is by far the most stupid shit the game atm... I might as well just sit across a dummy doll rolling a dice ... pretty much as exciting.
The biggest problem, is they can't draw bad. Every card had synergy towards the smorc. They can top deck through the strategy and not much changes. They either roll you over by turn 6, or just run out of steam... I actually havent seen many recently under rank 10. The dragon build seems much more popular.
I built a heal Paladin deck to watch them Auto Concede after I build up a big hand, and play Nozari, but I havent seen many recently.
Face Hunter is more or less dead from rank 5 on down to 1 and in legend. Dragon Hunter can out-face the Face Hunter, thus it's become a much more prevalent deck at all levels.
I'm glad, too, because the premise behind plain old Face Hunter bothers me. It's a deck that requires surprisingly little skill, and is not fun to play with, or against. It's only redeeming quality is that the games go quick (which, I know, isn't a selling point for those players that relish long control style matches).
Anyway, I still say Res Priest can go suck a potato.
Ressurect Priest
I don't tend to bitch and complain. I am also a new paying player since last summer. But if they don't do something about Res Priest soon I might be done. I don't need to restate the reasons. It is simply very frustrating to play against it and I am here for fun. You can't even get early minion damage in against it now with that life steal spell. If I can't have fun here I will find it elsewhere.
In Wild, Big Rez Priest (not that it's impossible to beat... just annoying). It is and always will be Big Rez... until I face my 10th Secret Mage in a row.
Every given Priest Deck whether in Wild or Standard. I play the rope or auto-concede. No fun at all and broken beyond repair in wild.

I find I am just autoconceding now not because I can't win the game but because I don't want to play it. Like the last Priest I played I got down under 5 health then he played back to back Khartut Defenders.. and he enchanted the second one with that spell that summons 2 more of them when it dies. Don't care to play anymore at that point even though I have ways to still win.. it's just bad game design. So my days are probably limited particularly considering I identify as Mage and she always gets shit on in the meta at least since I started playing.
I don't like to play against Galakrond rogues, neither Highlander nor the normal version. Too many lackeys and too many bullshit turns with 0-cost cards which it is almost impossible to come back from.
The saving grace is that the deck does have a skill cap, and it is probably fun to set up and pull off those combos.

The hole current standard decks, especially highlander and Galakronddecks. Everything priest is playing and all megathundecks or other decks you have to draw your howl deck to win.

Resurrect priest is my most hated. If they get the cards they need early it's game over and honestly there is nothing you can do.
Face hunter is second most hated. I play casual a lot and see this deck there. These people need to go play ranked and stay out of casual.
Yep - this game has become an auto-concede festival. Im in the same boat. !@#$ you and your braindead Galakrond Rogue deck or whatever else. So stupid. They've printed so many "save my ass" cards that it becomes pointless. Player are down to 2-5 health and magically pull the perfect cards every time. Or, <<insert sehnanigans here>> BS. So, so stupid. This game has gone FULL casino. ZERO skill or strategy. Those are the facts. Accept it.
Any priest deck in standard and especially wild (Big resurrect, Raza Machine Gun and Divine Spirit with Inner Fire) those decks do not require skill besides their win codition are easy to do. Priest is the most boring and tedious class, they don't deserve respect.

This makes me laugh... Galakrond Rogue or "whatever else"... like what? Rez Priest? Embiggen Druid? Face Hunter? Dragon Hunter? Whip Warrior? Highlander Warrior, Rogue, Hunter or Shaman? Control Shaman? Galakrond Shaman? Mech Paladin? Deathrattle Rogue? Zoo Warlock? Mechathun Warlock? Treant Druid? Galakrond Quest Priest? I even think theres 50+% winrate Cyclone Mage right now... 20 viable decks through this expansion... Maybe they should ask you who you would like to play against before each game?
Don't get me wrong, I would love a game mode where you get to ban a class or two, but the fact that every single day people bitch about 4-5 different archetype, means the meta is fairly well balanced... This thread alone has people bitching about aggro, control, and combo... Show me any deck with a 50% win rate that no one cries about.
Face decks are very common, because they're strong and fast. A strong aggro deck will always be played more than an equally strong control deck, because people want to win 5 games, in the time it would take 2-3 with anything else.
I WISH 95% of players would play 1 deck.. ANY deck, because there is ALWAYS a counter, and climbing would be easy. I'm SO excited for April 7th, because so many people will play DH, and there will be a hard counter that will be amazing to climb with. I'll play DH when everyone is sick of it.
The only way to make a game "fair" is if 1/1s costed 1, 2/2s costed 2, etc... How fun would that be? Would you cry about the game being non-interactive? Or, cry about not drawing perfect curve? "This guy top decked his 5/5 on turn 5. SO unfair!!!! He must pray to RnGeezus rmlaofjskal!! SO RIGGED!"
Ok, I'm an experienced player: I've started playing about the same time MtoG was launched. So I've dealt with the most bullshit decks like Jade Druid, Pirate Warrior, Quest Rogue, Aggro Shaman, Machine Gun Priest... but yesterday... I played a match against a Resurrect Albatros Priest. That was the most stupid, unfunny thing I've ever seen! Like, ok, I've got it, your deck is fucking OP. BUT AT LEAST DON'T TUCH MY BEAUTIFUL HANDBUFF HIGHLANDER PALADIN MAN! I used to love Weasel Tunneler Priest, really, but this is just disgusting. How am I supposed to win when I have 20 1/1s in my deck? I mean, I can't even let the Albatros alive beacause of their high attack value (not to mention buffs given by Quest HP). "Well Played"- fuck you XD
