I've been playing some warlock deck lately, ranked, somewhere around rank 7-8. Is it just me, or anyone else is playing permanently vs shaman... there is no fun in this game anymore... to play against the same deck over and over and over...
I'd hold off on ladder until the update, and to be honest, there's no guarantee the meta will be fixed after that. Might just be the time to quit ladder for a few expansions, much like in the Gadgetzen days.

If you thought you knew what you think I know, then you'd know I knew you knew I know.
I have also decided to quit until I see the patch notes and then decide from there. Everything currently feels crazy and all about who can highroll the most. I had fun the first few days though.

I do sympathise with you but it will get better. There was a time when this would drag out for whole expansion but they have been really quick on the ball to address this issue which, when you compare to the past, should be respected.
Just play something else and come back when it has been addressed properly and i'm sure you will have a better experience.
There will always be better decks to fill the void but judging from the image you submitted, I can totally understand your frustration.
it cannot be the case, that only 2 classes have an above 50% winrate and that 9 of the 10 most played cards in the game are from the galakrond shaman deck.
this is the worst expansion release so far and i won't touch this game until the nerfs hit
The power creep in this game has become oppressive. It amazes me half this shit makes it to launch. Then again, we are the beta testers anyway.
It's an end of year expansion and to be expected that this expansion would include more powerful cards. The biggest cries of power creep tend to come at end of year expansions but thanks to rotation (excluding wild) it's only temporary.
Its fun as hell, no slow booring warriors in sight. Fast games fast gold.
I think everyone can agree this type of thinking is toxic, as it has no consideration for the other player, in other words if they are having fun. That is the whole point of hearthstone, despite what the tryhards will try to make you believe to justify their own existence; most people play for fun. If they really screw the pooch any further they risk alienating those people completely, hell they're alienating the hardcores who normally live for this OP shit, casuals will just leave and not come back, and quite frankly I wouldn't blame them, investing money in hearthstone is not worth it anymore; it's necessary but not worth it.

I wouldn't call this toxic. It wasn't exactly on topic. I think he read the thread name and replied but it's just an unrelated opinion but certainly not toxic.
I am having a good time myself. Don't get me wrong Shaman is real good right now, I can't deny that but I don't feel any deck is so damn oppressive that I am not having fun. To my mind nothing has been as bad as Undertaker Hunter back in the day. Big priest felt more disgusting to play against even.
Just me though.
Oh and I have been playing tempo type warrior deck with that looks to control the board in zoo like way then burst after the galakrond turn with chargers. Been playing an aggresive mid range hero power hunter. A tempo rogue, tree druid and swarm lock. I won't deny I lose to shaman about 60% of the time and I play a lot of shamans but I never feel it's unwinable.
I do get annoyed a bit with shamans but not because the deck is too OP (though it is OP just not criminally so) but because I loathe net decking personally. One of my favorite things growing up was playing MTG at different comic book shops which all had their own little metas. Experimentation was encouraged and fun. Not so much with HS unfortunately. That being said I am still seeing some experimentation so I enjoy playing at the start of a new xpac.
This expansion had so much promise, but the power level is INSANE. We know shaman is busted, but there are so many other problems that will arise once they make the nerfs.
Bad design, questioning my commitment to the game I have enjoyed since launch.
it seems fine you have 50% win rate vs shaman? + shaman is dropping 0.50% win rate each day if there let the deck me like its now it will be like 52-54 win rate but once there nerf it it will probly never see play in high level

I have been stuck at rank 7-8 for 3 days now
Warriors and shamans are just INSANE
plus necrium apothecary bullshit ....
Shamans know that the nerfs are coming so they want to make the ladder miserable as much as possible.

It's a little soon to be saying things will definitely get better. We don't know exactly what is getting nerfed, or how.
Their changes could easily be inadequate, considering how badly they judged the cards the first time around.

just don't play until the nerfs hit.
on ladder it's literally no skill shaman, no skill rogue and no skill hunter.
i want Warsong Commander nerfs on all the shaman galakrond cards, 7 mana Faceless Corruptor and at least 6 mana Necrium Apothecary.
maybe a even a Shudderwock nerf.

The level of testing really should be investigated by their team. It's hard to believe this got through without thorough testing.
I can understand how a broken combo might have been overlooked but this isn't even that.

You are pathetic.
