It's actually a very good question. I don't think overload should be a battlecry, but invoke should maybe just be an effect. Shaman will be nerfed pretty good, but I think it will still be playable. Now is the question does it affect toher classes?
Because battlecry is something that a card does when it is played, other than being put in play. Hence invoke on a minion is a battlecry. Hope this helps.
And about overload - that is a delayed cost mechanic since the beggining of Hearthstone. Overload is overload, battlecy is battlecry, and invoke can be done by a minion in which case it is a battlecry.

Serious question
Why is an apple a fruit but broccoli isn’t?
Because it says Battlecry on the card? Can you not read?

It slightly affects rogue if they changed invoke to just an effect. Rogue uses spirit of the shark
seems like this question went waaay over your head, buddy.

Overload is a battlecry then if your explanation is valid.
WTF you can't be serious
this shaman nonsense is affecting ppl really hard
just nerf the shit out of that stupid deck, so we can enjoy this expansion
Since everyone is just calling you an idiot for asking a question I'll answer it with what I thought.
There's also spells with overload and spells can't be a battlecry. So then it would just get confusing of they were different.
Because of mechanics...
my guess: because Spells can have Overload, but no Battlecry.
There are also invoke spells: 1 mana spell for shaman and 3 mana for rogue
