It is a good deck but weak vs very agressive ones for the lack of mass removal and healing, but look for this side, you have much more chances to win vs control warrior than the rogues, if this deck appears too often the CW will come back very soon.
Is Rogue the only class you're having trouble with?
Tempo Rogue should not be a problem for you, but if there's a new, even more aggressive Rogue deck on the loose, I would expect it to be troublesome for (midrange) singleton Hunter.

The newer Rogue deck, which is being classified by some as Tempo Rogue, is actually just a full-on aggro list. (Tempo is often considered to be the faster end of midrange, but any speedy Rogue deck will tend to be slapped with the Tempo label.)
This aggressive Rogue deck is very likely to beat Singleton Hunter most of the time, so what you reported is quite normal.
It doesn't mean Singleton Hunter is dead; it just means this is not a good match-up for it. You will still be just fine against control and combo decks. In particular, Control Warrior is still out there, and we need you to keep it in check.

Seems like the main win condition is a combo of questing explorer with sorcerer's apprentice and a large cycle of zero- or one-mana cards (helped by magic trick). I managed to achieve this on turn 4 against Paladin getting a 9/9 explore....www.98steps.com
Holy shit that is some advanced botting.

Seems like after the nerfs, almost every game i play against is rogue just flooding the board and winning by turn 5.
pre nerf i had about 60% win rate
now its about 40

I think Highlander Hunter is dying because it lost good matchups after the nerfs and now it has trouble dealing with murloc decks and quest shaman.
highlander hunter lost its best matchup (mage) and now is trash...
and remember: the meta is dictated by GM every week, ppl should adjust their decks to that
LOL lose a few games and all of a sudden one of the best decks in the game isnt good anymore? LOL
it shits on combo priest
so its still good
ay, it's great vs combo priest
