If I had to throw my hat anywhere for nerfs, I'd point at Vargoth, Walking Fountain, Myra's and probably Chef Nomi. Vargoth is proven to be stupid powerful and wins the game on his own; Walking Fountain is immediate tempo and power shift, heal for 8 is amazing plus it combo's with Ancestral and Rockbiter. Same goes for Nomi, while he's not seeing a TON of play, he's become a new finisher since there no reliable Mecha'thun finish and him plus Archivist is OP; he puts out 36/36 stats for 7 mana and 9 times out of 10 the deck running him has some way to bounce him back or cheat the deck out super early (hence my nod at Myra's). It seems like one of the go to decks will be thief rogue, Miracle Rogue, and or Espionage rogue, and given the amount of deck play a rogue can do I am betting they get the nerf bat first.
What are you smoking? Jokes aside, i don't think we need a nerf this time at least not yet. The meta is 3 days old, give people and the meta time to settle.
While I think CW is strong, I don't think he is OP. There are great other Control decks, who can outvalue him, eg. Rezpriest, Healdruid and I could imagine Ctrl-lock too. But also you shouldn't understimate Zoolock with Rafaam as last resort, when he switch from Tempo to Valuetown.
To be honest the most annoying thing in my opinion right now is Mechanical Whelp. I've seen a lot of Mech Hunters that are running this card as well as few weird Rogue and Warrior decks but it's just unbearable. I've seen even few Bomb Warrior using this card. But who knows, maybe I just don't know how to play around this card.
Warior is pretty balanced all warior decks will ve tier 2-3 or lower. Rogue decks will rule the meta for some time with probably 1-2 tier one and tirr 2 decks. There is no gamebreaking deck so it is a pretty balanced game going on rn
I personally would stop the hero´s. So send Dr boom, Hagata and Zujin to hall of fame .... currently we have three powerful heros left. I call that class Imbalance ...
Other than that I don't think that any other deck right now is that good. Murloc Shaman seems underwhelming to me You just have to have few AoE spells and he's done, Token Druid is a little annoying since AoE is not really the answer since he has The Forest's Aid and Soul of the Forest but I've not played against that deck too often so I don't know yet. Bomb Warrior is def the most questionable deck right now but I don't know which Dr. Boom makes this deck so annoying to play against. I've not played against a single Priest deck, Secret Paladin is annoying but he runs out of steam pretty quickly without Divine Favor and Burgle Rogue seems bad. Fun but bad.

I wouldn't exactly nerf anything right now, but I would do one change - if rogue changes his hero to a different class (Dr. Boom, Hagatha, Zul'Jin) I think he should still be considered to be rogue, because as it is now, it's seriously stupid how this works with Spectral Cutlass and Tess - you get to play your normal rogue class that started in your deck and get the bonuses, which to me seems kind of broken.
Otherwise if I had to guess who has the higest chance to be nerfed I would say one of Dr.Boom cards
If you ask me, control warrior will end up being the more superior warrior deck. It has many ways to deal with aggro and its late-game value is bonkers good.
So if something is going to get nerfed, it won't be the bomb archtype.
This!!!
Bombs are ok, but control warrior will be the deck to beat... there are some reasons for that, but the 3 main reasons IMO are:
1- The card power level for aggro and tempo decks are worst than ever, favoring a control meta.
2- With all the DKs out, Dr. Boom gets a LOT of value over time during a game ,and you can't compete with it playing other classes with a "regular" hero power (that is happening a lot on a control vs control match).
3- With no reliable OTK combo, control/fatigue decks have not to worry with the match-up that used to be the worst for them. (And even if a good OTK deck appear, this exp gave tools for control decks to deal with them).
I know, it is just 2nd day... but the community could see in 1/2 days problems on other expansions as well (druid after knights of the frozen throne, patches, corridor creeper etc...).
Nope- if Aggro is weak like you said (which it isn't) then yes Control would be strong except Warrior is never good enough when Control is strong. Warrior does best when Aggro is strong like last meta, so you can turn brain off into Brawl into AoE akin to Odd Warrior last patch.
Odd Warrior lost to everything else, Control Warrior needs the likes of Dead Man's to beat other refined decks.
Aggro have never been so weak as it is right now on hearthstone. The only aggro deck that looks "ok" is token druid but it doesnt beat rogue and warrior refined decks. U cant even compare to last meta with paladin/rogue/zoo etc
Warrior is outvaluing other control decks maily because of Mad Genius... The meta is DEF Rogue (that have tools to play the valuegame even without the hero) and Warrior.
Btw, masters qualifiers yesterday:
Asia: Top 12 players were only warriors and rogue. 13# played hunter
America: top 16 were only warrior and rogue. 17# played hunter

You do know that these stats say very little, right? These pro players had as much time to adapt to the meta as everyone else, which is little to none at all. Of course they're just going to roll with whatever 'seems good', much like everyone else.
Was thinking Spectral Cutlass but a simple weapon removal destroys that
Bomb warrior is just hyped and thus played everywhere (cant blame ppl its a fun archetype)
I don't think they'll need a nerf tho, at least not this expansion. There are plenty of decks that counter bomb warrior hard. If they were to nerf it tho, my money is on Blastmaster Boom summoning 1 boombot per bomb instead of 2, or something in that direction.
Aside from rogue and warrior being very strong and prevalent rn, most decks feel genuinely balanced so far. But it's way too early to tell, aggro decks still have to rise up as they usually do after 1 or 2 weeks of a new expansion.
EDIT: I should also point out, while bomb warrior according to HSReplay is at about 55% winrate, which is pretty high, it was at 56% yesterday, and at around 55.5% this morning, and its still lowering. People just have to figure out what decks work against it, as well as tech in Acidic Swamp Ooze which is probly the strongest tech choice rn
way too early to tell. and I don't think warrior is strong enough to warrant nerfs. Theres quite a few decks I feel are just lacking a card or two to be really good, and they are probably going to get that. Nerfing warrior right now would be stupid.
any one can see warrior has the best cards on paper and in play. any one saying they are not the meta are kidding their self, usually i would be the one saying wait for the meta to settle , but its so apparent its almost silly
It's too early to tell, but mech paladin is ridiculous right now. I've been trying out all sorts of homebrews and netdecks and having NO consistent success. Switched to mech paladin and it's ferocious. I don't even really know the proper way to play it, but it's like it can't lose. It's weird seeing rogues with three cards in hand trying to get tempo back, after exhausting all their plays. I'll see how it goes when I start pulling bad mulligans.
nothing, and if anything they might tone down Wrenchcalibur not even because of its power but because it wouldnt look good if someone lost an important sum of money due to bomb rng. (reason they nerfed yogg)
but other than that this expansion is showing signs of potentially going in the direction of a cyclic meta, if too many people play aggro, people switch to control. too much control? people switch to mid-range or heavier anti-control decks like dragon mage, people end up playing too much anti-control? people go back to aggro and the cycle repeats itself.
I actually don't think that bomb warrior can keep up with aggro decks, the bombs are just way too inefficient.

Set the bomb dmg to 3 and we gucci
Bomb Warrior is just a preassembled deck that started strong out of the gate, it's not that good IMO.
Rogue seems very strong in all iterations that I've tried. Nothing seems too broken though, just a bunch of good cards
i think its time to "buff" some cards for priest
ressurect: 2 mana summon a random minion that died this game.
eternal servitude: 5 mana discover a minion that died this game. summon it
mass resurection: 10 mana summon 7 random minions that died this game.
and shaman
grumble the worldshaker 6 mana 7/7 return other friendly minions to your hand. they cost 5 less.
shudderwock: battlecry deals no dmg to heroes.
underbelly angler :3 mana
any one can see warrior has the best cards on paper and in play. any one saying they are not the meta are kidding their self, usually i would be the one saying wait for the meta to settle , but its so apparent its almost silly
Seeing something a lot doesn't mean it is broken. It means the playerbase are generally lazy sheep.
Also, the meta is not even 3 weeks old. It's quite premature to make any accurate guesses about anything.
