Casual EU is exactly that where only 50% of matches are against t2 t1 decks. This way i can complete quests for my weaket classes.
Cant say the same for NA spent the last hour trying to win a single match with either rogue or warrior but thats impossible if u play a homebrew tempo deck like pirate rogue or rush warrior and keep facing odd rogue odd pally otk pally and so on. Cant remembet the last time i spent an hour without winning a match.
Any guesses on why ppl in NA go play casual with super competitive decks and on EU aint the same? Seems like a cultural thing which should be an interesting topic.
My EU account is my main one so my ranking on ladder is much higher and so is my winrate on casual which makes me q into ex legend players and ppl currently ranked in my bracket of r5. And yet they run meme home brew decks as opposed to NA which apparently winning is the sole purpose
Maybe it's the time of the day you play - different timezones = different ppl playing = different players experience. Just maybe.

Second thought: If you present us hundreds of games on both servers each at three different daytimes (morning, early afternoon, evening), then we can discuss whether casual is "better" (which is also subjective even with facts).
Well, main question is: which server is your main? Or rather, do you play on both servers? Might just be that you have a lower mmr on EU (or thousand other reasons rly).
I play casual on NA for about 1/3 of my quests, and I don't have that problem. I'd say I see T1-T2 decks there about as often as I do in the other regions. I just concede out of 'em and try again.

Thoughts?
My thoughts are two words. The first one starts with an S and second with a T
