I'm planning to cry in the corner of my room because there is too many Hunter and i don't like the counters we have. Then, i will open Hearthstone and i will play my "nowindcondition Shaman", to cry more playing this 30 legendaries deck.
As I mentioned in another thread, I got beaten pretty badly yesterday by both Cubelock and Resurrect Priest, so I expect to see a bit more of those two specifically, if Hunterstone continues.

Life before death. Strength before weakness. Journey before destination.

I'd never have guessed you play spell hunter considering your so very objective statements in the op hunter threads regarding zuljin and the power level of this deck.
(/irony off ).
@topic. I am playing even paladin atm which is in a better spot vs. all the huntards out there. Works out quite alright so far.
It's only the second day of the new season and I'm already at rank 5 (never happened to me before, I usually loitered around rank 7-10), so I'll aim for legend. I'll be grinding with the usual Odd Quest Warrior, which grew into a powerful deck overnight because Druid died (rest in piss, Malfurion!) and ladder is crawling with Hunters that this deck just feasts on. Hopefully it's Hunterstone for the rest of the season. Bring it on!
I hit rank 5 early this month as well after only a few days so I figure I will do my first push to legend. I normally hit rank 5 and play arena and meme decks for the rest of the month but figure since I have so much of the month left I might as well give it a go.
I started playing as Deathrattle Hunter then o switched to Even Paladin. I wasnt having a good win rate so i changed to Odd Paladin. After a few games i switched back to DR Hunter! Rexxxar for the win!!!
I think DR Hunter is the most consistent deck of this 3. It just lacks early game if you dont get the right cards. After turn 5 or 6 you can win any matchup.
When Activision stop doing Card baits maybe we can talk about play the game. Guess these days more than half of the HS community is on Hearthpwn cryin about Hunter Meta and the other Half about how bad design the game is. Finally the only playin are using netdecks with high winrates (the ones who love cardbaits and complain about nerfs after) or using trash decks blamin the game cause don't let him win with bad choices. That's HS for u folks, see ya...
Hit Legend for the first time last month with Odd Pally... Tried playing fun decks at rank 5 this month to give some people a chance to break through from rank 6 to rank 5 but I'm going to start the climb again. Good luck everyone, may your mulligans be kind.
I made rank 3 last season, so I'll be happy with a rank 2 this month. Just keep improving a little each month.
Planning on playing resurrect priest, deathrattle hunter and four horseman paladin. I really enjoy cubelock, but am not having the greatest success in the current meta.
I don't think any of the meta matchups feel oppressive or unwinnable and as far as hunterstone, I think it's just perception and the hunter decks have declined some after the hype train has worn off.
I anticipate that any aggro deck I go against will give me the most trouble as I like playing slower decks with powerful endgames and less early game.
Hit legend yesterday mostly with Odd Pally (and some Hybrid Hunter). It's incredible how strong the Odd paladin deck is in this meta and yet in my climb from 4 to legend didn't face any mirror. Had almost 80% WR with paladin this season!
Seems like everybody's playing hunter out there... So it's good times for Uther and his friends Genn and Baku ;)
Hey guys. I reached rank 5 for the first time this season. Highest i got was rank 3, but I basically keep the same rating after an entire day of playing, which is pretty frustrating. Is there a solid non-aggro deck that is good for climbing at these ranks? I am currently playing Even Paladin and Control Mage. Is it worth crafting the Warrior Quest to play the Odd version for example?
Just as a follow up just hit legend for the first time (now rank 1925 lol). Anyway if it helps anyone I swapped from even paladin to odd paladin and found it was working better in the meta of more aggressive hunters and slower decks. Took me about 150 games give or take from rank 5 to legend.
Our second month of Rastakhan's Rumble and the first in a brand new irl year!

Playing Spell Hunter again!

Join me at Out of Cards!
I've never hit Legend. I get easaly till rank 5 and then i allways get "blocked" around rank 2 or 3...
I'll stick to my Deathrattle Hunter this season :)

Currently at rank 2 playing even paladin.

Literally stuck at rank 2 & 1. Can't pass the beast wall.

If you can't beat them... join them!

^I got legend with secret paladin and didn't face any of those from rank 4 to legend either. Great deck. Mostly I played against priests and hunters.
Edit: I've managed to reach #1612 with a homebrew deck (the one in my signature)
I'm certain I could have reached further, but I didn't have as much time to play this month as I wished (damn exams lol)

Finally hit Legend after last year January again using this deck:
Was an effort but i can definitely recommend the deck!
