So I got a Mecha'thun today and I definitely wanna put it to use. Any suggestion as to which version and class is better for the current meta? I'm rank 7 now, is it wise to try and climb with Mecha'thun?
If you can make all of them, I think most people will recommend priest since it is allegedly the best/most consistent one. I personally think that Druid is okay as well, since Druid as such a lot of good cards and can empty his deck acceptable fast while drawing the combo. I never played the warlock one, but Strifecro has a video playing it.
It's really fun to just find ways to clear the board, pump up armor, draw your entire deck instead of going face, calculating lethal, controling the board, etc.

I know, that's why I wrote "or" (you can use it instead of innervate but I admit it's much worse)
And your idea for priest is an option, but then you make it much more inconsistent because you cannot use Hemet until you have the gargoyles and Shadow word: death in hand. And drawing your deck with priest is not as easy as it is with Druid or Warlock.
In my limited Mecha'thun experience, if you can afford the Priest one, I've found it works best. The combination of removal and the ability to stabilize along with Psychic Scream as a superb stalling card makes it a very good, fairly consistent way to win with M'T.

Thanks for the replies everyone! Truth is I'm missing a bit from all versions. Don't have The Boomship for Warrior or Hemet, Jungle Hunter and I'm lacking like 4 Druid epics along with Malfurion the Pestilent. I don't feel like crafting either of the first two legendaries due to their limited use, so I feel like the safest way to go is craft whatever I'm missing from Druid since they are played in a lot of archetypes.
The warrior one is fun because it's one of the few mechathun decks that often wins without it. It's simply a control deck that draws a lot, and you can use the combo pieces just to beat the aggro and midrange decks, cuz inner fire, whirlwind, and the boomship are generally decent cards for removal anyway. Against another control or combo deck, you have a late game win condition of mechathun, so you just hoard those peices for a guarenteed win in the late game.

Depending on your collection, I guess.
For Druid you need Innervate + Naturalize or Dreampetal Florist
For Warlock you need galvanizer + cataclysm + bloodbloom
and for priest you need Coffin Crasher + Reckless Experimenter + Ticking Abomination + Hemet, Jungle Hunter (the last one for consistency

I climbed to rank 5 on EU Standard ladder with Mecha'Thun Priest, fairly consistent and easy enough to pilot.
Unbowed. Unbent. Unbroken.
I also play this deck with Druid

Why is the rum gone?
no you don't need Dreampetal Florist, for priest u could do galvanizer + 2 coins from Gilded Gargoyle + Shadow Word: Death

Priest without quest. So fun

If you want a fun MT deck, this is something I came up with and works out most of the time.

I wouldn't recommend climbing with any MT deck just because there are better decks out there, no matter which class you're trying out MT with.

Priest is only better if you can play Hemet on curve or close to it, druid and warlock are more consistent.
Druid is likely the best, but it does have the weakness of Skulking Geist. With Geist in mind, I would say Warlock is the best.
I run warlock, but not really a serious player. Might try priest since I have the cards.
