Well, if not why they needed to made so many nerfs in past releases?
Will not be much better for the game if they release Call To Arms for the correct 5 manas instead obviously broken 4 manas just for nerf the card some time later?
Some cards like Creeper maybe justify the surprise results but CtA for 4 and this new druid cards is just pathetic clear will break the game.

And still, 50% of the people voted CtA 'Very Good' and not broken tier.
Broken cards are not that obvious to see at first glance. Not for blizzard, not for any trading card company, and definitely not for us, having seen only half the set.
