I just came back to Hearthstone after a few months of not playing, so I don't really have all the new cards. I decided to play miracle rogue because not much has changed with this fossil, (only running one Hench-Clan Thug), and let me tell you guys, this deck is a blast! I climbed from rank 18 to 13, and then 9 to 5, with a win rate of 67% (40-20), with a final win streak of 11 matches! (my personal best ever). This deck dominates against slow decks like Cubelock, Quest warrior, Taunt druid, etc... and quite honestly the matchups against aggro deck are not THAT bad. I had over 40% against hunter and pally. I really don't understand how this deck has such a mediocre performance in sites like hsreply and vS. Maybe cuz it's a hard deck to play so inexperienced players pull the win rate down,
What I'm trying to say is, give Valeera a shot. The deck is super fun, and I feel like it is performing better than ever. (well, maybe in the last couple of years)
I'm running a very standard miracle rogue that I think I'm 10-2 with over the last few days. I'm at work so I can't put up the deck list right now haha. It performs well against aggro and spiteful (and crushes priests). I have trouble against taunt druids though, there's just too may taunts to Sap through for lethal damage.
I should be able to carry it to legend next season. If I do indeed succeed in climbing with it, I'll probably post a quick guide and deck list then. I'm just not comfortable doing it yet =P.
But the original post says “dominates” taunt Druid. Not that prevalent now anyways though. I’d be curious to see the list.
Yeah I did notice he said that. Even cubelock can be troublesome. You need to get them low enough by turn 6 and hope they don't have a Cube/Dark Pact combo. If they get two voidlords out by that turn, miracle rogue is kinda screwed. Granted if they don't get those, miracle rogue is happy lol.
With taunt druid, you have to get lucky early on too. I honestly feel like it's not a favorable matchup. But I feel like I can win against most aggro decks with miracle rogue =/. I think I just play backwards somehow lol.
I've never faced an odd hunter with this deck, but I have enough trouble playing against normal hunter with miracle rogue. That is for sure the most unfavorable matchup.

Sure he's an extra body early on... But I donno. I just don't know what I would take out (of my deck, specifically haha). I use one Shadowstep and 2 Cold Blood (sometimes 2 shadowstep and 1 cold blood, still donno what I like more). I guess I could drop one of those. Other than that there's not much room to change things up.
If you were using a variant that uses Questing Adventurer (another card I don't use haha), I'd think the hench clan thugs are better than him. Seems to have a slightly better chance of sticking than the Adventurer.

Yeah, if you want to make any sort of bragging, try climbing to legend. Otherwise, nobody really cares.
I'm not trying to brag. I really don't need anyone's approval. It's not like I invented Miracle anyway. I found a list online and tweaked it a little bit, but I'm sore some people play the exact same thing. What I'm trying to say is the archetype is really good, and maybe there a sleeping giant in here.

edit: oops. here is the list:
And no list.
I once got to rank 5 with aggro priest.
Aggro priest meta inc boys.

Maybe post the list? :D

It doesn't use a single Witchwood card. It's got win conditions in Edwin VanCleef, Fal'dorei Strider, and of course Leeroy Jenkins + Cold Blood + Eviscerates.

do you think hench clan thug is worth an inclusion? Seems like a really powerful card for the archetype
