Another nerf that I would appreciate is a reduction of the Shadowreaper Anduin's hero power damage to 1, or alternatively the hero power refreshed only after playing a spell. Similarly, I would diminish the damage of Bloodreaver Gul'dan's hero power to 2.
The only thing that needs changing is Corridor Creeper, but even that's not game-breakingly broken. It's just unhealthy that so many decks use it. Same can be said for Patches, but he'll be Wild soon.
I always like talking about nerfs. But I dont honestly think that most of these are too close to accurate.
Prophet Velen: Doesn't really need a nerf, considering the main problem with him will be rotating out. I don't think they want to hit most classic cards because they should be viewed as lines that blizzard should not cross. If Velen is too powerful its probably the cards that enable him not Velen himself
Doomguard: I dont think your nerf would be what they do, but i do agree it needs a nerf of some sort. Something to remain aggressive without enabling cubelock to have so many wincons all in one
Call to Arms: Again, a card that I dont personally find to be too broken. Moreso a good indicator that control tools have become too weak over time, primarily in the form of healing being sparse outside of classes like priest and somewhat warlock
Corridor Creeper: I think this cards most likely nerf is just putting it to 8 mana, if anything. Its moreso a card that synergizes way too well with early aggro cards that create multiple creatures, primarily Patches, and because he is rotating out, i dont think that it will be nerfed unless it continues to prove its power
Cobalt Scalebane: Im not too sure blizz likes its dragon synergies much, due to the fact that they didnt work too well. I honestly think that we need better 5 drops, not that Scalebane is too good. I dont think this will see a nerf if swarm is being delt with next expac.
Bonemare: This is the card I honestly think is the true ruiner of fun. I dont know how blizzard is going to change this thing, but i hope it gets its classic overnerf into unplayability. The issue is that it is basically free face damage and 2 massive bodies for 7 mana which is way too good in an aggro deck that can slot it in as its only high drop (Not counting the creeper).
TL;DR Most of these cards are enabled by the fact that swarm is powerful and healing is nonexistant leading to them seeming far more powerful. Also fuck patches and fuck bonemare
Guys this things aint happening. The only that should be nerfed are maybe call to arms and corridor creeper. The thing is patches has only a few months left and thats why the creeper gets tha much of attention. if two tempo rogues throw pirates at each other basically 2 patches are transformed into 2 mana reduction. Sames goes with razakus priest. They will propably wont nerf it. because it will ciese to exist. They are not gonna nerf a card for 2 months of play. Or a classic card like southsea captain because patches is here
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
When spellbreakesr leave the meta, Edwin will rule again.
Corridor Creeper has to change somehow. I'm not exactly sure what would not kill it though. Thing is, if it loses it's power then it disappears forever. We know that with cards like the little pirate or the owl. Instead of worrying too much about making cards suck, I wish they would also make cards better. Take a look at the gang of shaman cards that could be better. Kobold Hermit or Moorabi
Bonemare is a bad card also. We just don't need to have common cards that are way better than most cards. Didn't we learn this from the king of 5 slots blue dragon? Azure Drake

In wild if I have haunted creeper in hand, I'll keep both corridor creepers because it will be two 0 cost bodies by turn 3 or 4.
By harnessing power of artificial intelligence and self learning neural networks and using previous nerfs as training set I predict the following card changes:

Southsea Captain is on the same power level now, +1/+1 is about equivalent to +2/0 Warleader buff. Not to mention “I’m in chaaaarge now!” Rotating to put Southsea back to fringe play.
I don't say i want to see this nerf, but i think too Prophet Velen will take a hit, the rotation will not solve a new potential problem: with just 1 Gilded Gargoyle, you can now cast Prophet Velen + 2x Mind Blast for 20 damage with empty board at the start of the turn. They nerfed Rockbiter Weapon because of burst combo, who were shut down by Taunts, so this... :-/
So as you know, Ben Brode posted about potential nerfs in the next update. Here are my predictions.
Prophet Velen to 8 mana: Blizzard will attack basic or classic cards and this nerf hits the priests high end combo potetial
Doomguards Effect to: Battlecry: Discard two cards. Gain Charge. The Spirit of the card will live on but Cubelock will not.
It seems to me that the overpowered part of Razakus is the interaction between Raza and the DK hero power, not Velen. While it seems that the version with Velen is the most popular now, there was a time when the deck was played both with and without Velen.
Control warlock without Doomguard is very strong as well; wouldn't it make more sense to nerf Possessed Lackey or Voidlord? In my opinion Void Lord is fine as a 9-mana minion, but the problem is that you can often get it much cheaper. While Lackey is only one way to get it cheaper, it is the easiest one to nerf, I think. And that might bring down the power level of cube and control warlock decks enough so that they are still playable but not way above most other decks.
Call to Arms to 5 mana: Slows Aggro Paladin by a bit, could still see play
Corridor Creeper to: Costs (1) less for every minion that died this turn, maybe 6 mana then like Volcanic Drake
I agree about Call to Arms.
If they nerf Corridor Creeper to be like Volcanic Drake, it will likely end up unplayable. The problem with Volcanic Drake is that if your opponent does the trading, you don't get a discount. In other words, it's good when you're ahead and bad when you're behind. I think the only time I saw someone play it with a sizable discount was as a follow-up to Doomsayer. I think a better nerf would be to discount it only for friendly minions that died. And perhaps even then it would need its base cost reduced to 6.
Cobalt Scalebane to: At the end of your turn give a friendly dragon + 3 Attack
Bonemare to give a friendly minion +3/+3 and taunt
What do you think will be nerfed and remember Rotation isn't that far away
I don't think Scalebane needs to be nerfed. It is in many decks, but it's not an auto-include. Also a reason why Scalebane is played a lot is that it survives Dragonfire Potion, so if Razakus is hit with a nerf, Scalebane becomes less useful.
Bonemare is above the power curve, but not so far that it is deforming the meta. So I don't think it will be nerfed. Also during the last round of nerfs both Scalebane and Bonemare were left alone and they were played more then than now.
As I play Wild too, I don't think rotation should affect balance changes. I fear that it will though and Patches and Jade Idol will never be nerfed.

I don't see nerfs coming.
Although I don't expect any of these nerfs, IMHO they are healthy and would be good for a less aggro-oriented meta.
Maybe Southsea Captain could get the Murloc Warleader treatment.

Id like to see this change for Voidlord:
Change text to: Spawn a Voidwalker whenever this survives Damage.
It would make it easier to handle and would be way easier to clear with spells and effects.

Piloted Shredder, Knife Juggler, Mad Scientist, Dr. Boom
Need to be removed from this game
Bitch i'm Willy Wonka!
Corridor Creeper + 1 mana, [card]Bloodreaver Gul'dan[/card] hp changed to 2 dmg instead of 3, call to arms maybe +1 mana
