now, not just ranked but ALSO casual I found control dragon priest, cubelock highlander priest and secret mage everywhere!
what am I supposed to do when both of my deck ended up doing horribly against the deck that's everywhere?
typical play being: T1: swashburglar T2: hero power T:3 play minion T:4 opponent duskbreaker cleared everything and followed by a couple corridor creeper
OR if I don't play anything so I don't get duskbreakered, on T6 my opponent play spiteful summoner and 12/12 can't be targeted by spell or hero power kill me anyway
cubelock destroyed me with a bunch of voidlord that I can do nothing about, highlander just have so many removal and aoe I've lost count
secret mage is okay and winnable but frustating to play against again and again nonetheless
my reason for trying to climb the ladder being that I want the dust from DE'ing the golden card you get from ranked reward
so I can craft fun legendaries I want ( Thrall, Deathseer! ) and I've never got to legend so card back is a nice bonus
but at this rate I'll be stuck at rank 20 forever
I tried various method just to get my winrate up to 50% be it checking from meta stat for most popular deck and try to countermeta it
tech in silence against cubelock or trying deck with highest success chance from deck tier list but mind you my collection is so limited I can't even build a proper face hunter, im so desperate for the dust
also, my tempo rogue deck is missing edwin vancleef( replaced with questing adventurer) leeroy jenkin (reckless rocketeer) southsea captain (deathspeaker) and vilespine slayer (spellbreaker), which one of these should be craft first? and is there a better replacement?
any advice would be appreciated
thanks in advance

I know this seems like an impossible task, but there is at least a way forward (albeit it's hard work).
Assuming that you are not interested in spending any money to buy packs and fill out your deck collection, then really the best thing for you to do right now is to concentrate on grinding quests for gold and using that to get as many packs as possible. You might even consider Arena as that's a great place to get packs cheaply with an equal chance to win against opponents (no problems with deck sizes there - it's also a great place to learn the game more too.
Once yuo have accumulated some more cards, and dusted the extras, etc, you can consider crafting some cards. Crafting legendaries is expensive and may not be that feasible right now - but trust me, you can make some great decks without legendaries. Look up some F2P decks (here on this site for example) for ideas on what you can try.
Test out some decks - and if you don't have all the cards for them, don't fret; consider what cards are missing and then think what cards serve a similar purpose - or have a similar effect - and try them instead until you get the cards you need.
Essentially, try not to worry about climbing the ladder right now until you have a collection that can support more competitive decks - and you can still try teching in some cards to deal with the problems like Cubes etc - things like Spellbreakeretc. (Though you've probably heard that a lot lately...)
what he said ^^^^ you need to get good at arena, know when to trade and when to go face and get a deck tracker for the drafting process so you can make a half decent deck, dont buy packs just put your dust into arena every time, it can be tough to resist the temptation but its the only way you can average 2+ packs a day if you play daily
Pick a deck, play it correctly, and you should at least be able to grind to 10. If you still have your tempo rogue, that deck is still viable, and it will get you there eventually.
Yes, the meta sucks (in a way), as there are 2 or 3 decks that completely dominate it. In a way, that's better than 1 dominate deck, but it's still makes for stale play when its the same few decks over and over. Just grind through it.
If you have the resources, Aggro Paladin is a good deck to ladder with, and of course good ol face hunter. Any deck that can play fast games will get you up the ladder. Just brush off the losses, and do what ya can.

You are missing Edwin, Vilespine, and southsea captain... Those are all core cards to the deck. IMO craft the 4 epics first because the will get you better value than a single card... BUT Edwin is very important to this deck... he'll will carry you some games. As for questing adventurer as an edwin replacement it's probably too slow of a card and not a big enough swing to be worth it (you need to dump 2-3 small cards in order for QA to be worth it and tempo rogue doesn't always that many cards in hand) don't know what I'd suggest in that spot though.
How about you disenchant all bad cards in your collection; and I mean EVERY SINGLE card that is not playable in a tier 1 deck .
Than disenchant every single gold card .
Then you will have dust to craft the missing cards for tempo rogue or aggro druid .
Aggro druid is like the cheapest good deck you can find .
Destroying his/her collection and setting it back by miles isn't going to help. What if a currently "bad" card gets used in a good deck in the near future?
NEVER disenchant any card you do not have more then decklimit of, so 2 for anything non legendary and 1 for legendaries. You might be sitting on more dust then you know, try searching for "extra" in your collection, auto disenchant only checks for decklimit per quality, so you could have 2 normal and 2 golden copies of the same card, depending on how much you value golden cards, that holds extra dust for you.
Every day you can get 100g from wins and on average 50 gold from quest, allowing you to buy 1.5 pack/day (In your current situation, classic packs are best as 3 of the 4 cards you are missing are from that set), continue to buy packs of that set until you receive a legendary (first 10 packs of a set, then 1 legendary guaranteed every 40), then switch sets until you received you (first 10 packs) legendary from all standard sets. Then continue buying packs of the set you lack the most legendaries and epics from.
A pack on average holds a value of 100 dust, so in less then 2 weeks you should be able to earn a legendary of your choice, if you didn't get it directly from the packs.
In your deck I'd save for Edwin VanCleef first, due to his unique effect, the other card replacements you mentioned forfill more or less the same role as the intended card.

your math is wrong !
you get a MAX of 100g from wins per day . To do that you need to WIN 30 GAMES . Only pro players do that every day and not even them with bad decks .
Holding bad cards in the hope they will turn good makes for a terrible experience . You will more likely get bored of the game loosing every game before that happens . Also by not winning much you miss daily gold so you actually miss the chance to get a little more packs in the long run .
When I was new to the game I dusted my only leg (al akir) and 2 molten giants to make a face hunter that took me to rank 5 in the first competitive season that I fully played (never finished a season below rank 5 after that) . months later I got al akir again in a pack .
Dust everything you can and make a good deck . You won't regret it and it will feel much better playing the game . Otherwise you will most likely end up like a lot of my palls who only open the game once a week and play tavern brawl .
In the past I would have suggested new players to learn arena but recently I find the rewards very underwhelming and I ma an above average player . New players don't have much chances .

While this is sound advice for some players, it's easier said than done for new, F2P players. Having a collection of cards that "might" see play later, or even an incomplete collection of good quality current cards doesn't help if you don't have the cards for at least 1 current, viable deck.
A F2P player just starting out is going to have to make sacrifices, and if that means they may have to craft cards they previously dusted, then that's the "cost" of being F2P.
One suggestion ... make sure you have collected every possible free pack. If I recall, you get a pack for playing on an iPhone, a pack for playing on an iPad, a pack for playing on Android, I believe 3 packs and a cardback for playing on a Samsung Galaxy device. You can use Nox or Bluestacks emulator to spoof the type of device you are using to get all the Android packs, and if you don't have an iPhone and/or iPad, see if you can borrow one for just a few minutes. Im not sure if the golden Twitch pack is still going on, but that is a lot of dust material there, and can be done with a trial Amazon Prime account.

Like someone said above, Focus on your rank during the middle of the month. All of the try hard net-deckers are playing ranked right now and the try hard procrastinators will be playing from the 20th-31st. Your best bet to get to rank 5 is from the 10th-20th of the month. I also have had a rough time winning games in the first few days of the month.
Concentrate on one deck only. Tempo rogue seems like the best deck at a reasonable cost to invest. You get ahead on the board and develop. Agaisnt priest, don't flood your board with cheap minion he'll use his duskbreaker anyway with 2-3 minions on board. Elven minstrel helps you refill your hand and with keleseth (if rng is on your side) you'll get better value.
Currently I have tried like 4 decks at the start of the month and it's by far the most consistent with all the crap around here.
Aggro Druid can be build pretty cheap for Wild. My version has no epics and only Patches and Loatheb as Legys. I got with it to rank 5 in several month in a row now. It's way harder now since Cubelock is the Nr 1 played deck in Wild (at least for me as my deck tracker says), but this is the only negative match up so far. Against Cubelock you can tech in 1-2 Spellbreaker, which should help you a bit.
Here is my list from the last month, which had a total 65% winrate. (As I said, only Cubelock was a bad matchup, every other matchup was over 65%.) And don't wonder about some cards, the deck was mainly teched against Priest, when Priest was by far the most played deck in Wild 1-2 month ago. It's not teched against the new Cubelock-Meta yet.

Blizzard should make a special stream lessons or youtube videos in which they explain the the only way hs should be played is with supa dupa 1000 IQ control/combo homebrewed decks and 30 minutes long match is a minimum time period that proves you're not braindead blah blah something etc.
I would go for 2x Vilespine Slayer as many Rogue archetypes run 2 of it. Vancleef is a great legendary but he shifts in and out of the meta a lot. He's just a large minion that can be removed by hard removal (e.g., by Vilespine Slayer itself).
As a free to play player, i found out that wild is actually the best place to grind. it might sound crazy but its true, wild has all the broken cards that help u rank up very fast. And best of all, all the cards can be use and since more and more cards are getting release, its means that there are more broken cards that are slowly being added to wild. i gambled most of my dust on wild cards and i have been consistently getting to rank 5 every month. It took me awhile to actually acquire all the wild cards(about 2 months) but ever since then i have most of the essential wild cards. it also helps that every new expansion, the legendary timer resets and i can get a legendary from all the different expansion in about 10 packs or less
I would focus on getting the tempo rogue cards you need. The deck is really good right now. I know Edwin can win games with lucky draws, but I don't usually play him. You definitely need Leeroy tho, and he is a good finisher in many decks.

Also, consider we are in the first days of the first season that starts with KaC already released.
I mean, i assume there is an exceptional number of high rank player who re-started their grind in these days.
It will possibly get better in 1-2 weeks.
It is also a bit early for safe investments.

Well, OP, you have some priest cards, creepers, one spiteful summoner. If you have some say 1500 dust, you can consider crafting some dragon/summoner priest, like that one - http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1011049-stream-is-off-legend-spiteful-priest-in-depth
Even without historians it'll be enough for some rank 10, maybe even 5.
